The staff was super friendly and got me in and out in way less than 30 minutes, which is why I gave any stars, my problem is what brought me in was their 50% off synthetic blend oil change coupon which I did make the (again, incredibly friendly ,very pleasant and personable) girl at the counter aware of in the beginning, but at the end it brought the $105-ish total down to $94, which caught me completely off guard but looking at the receipt, i saw they had used a full synthetic oil, which is great, but not what i asked for, and not what the coupon was for and truly not what i could afford. So I mean, I was charged appropriately for the service I received, however it was not the service I requested, and therefore leaves me feeling more scammed than satisfied And not likely to return or recommend.

Had car inspected. Dealership I went to for different problem told me I needed brakes. Asked tech here to pay particular attention to my brakes, he told me I had half the life left. Saved me a lot. Thanks
