  Steven Kane was incredible. He listened to everything I wanted when finding my perfect BMW. It was my first BMW purchase and I can honestly say I wouldn’t have wanted to work with anyone else. Steven was personable and made sure I was happy with every decision I made. My husband and I were so impressed, we requested him to help us with finding a truck as well. We will be back to work with Steven and Gault.

  I am not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to after the service I have had with Gault BMW. I am from the Syracuse area and happened to find the car I was looking for at Gault. So I decided to purchase this vehicle even though it’s an hour plus away from me. From the moment I walked in and met Steven Kane my experience was outstanding. I purchased the extended warranty and as luck would have it a couple months later my check engine light came on. Talk about service after the sale. Steven answered my calls and texts and assured me he would help get it in and taken care of even though technically it was now a service issue. He answered my calls and texts even on a Saturday night while he was not working. Then the service was excellent when I dropped it off and got the loaner. The entire experience was great. Why would I drive an hour when I have a BMW dealer in the Syracuse area? Well it’s because it was the worst service I have ever gotten from an automotive company. Needless to say the next time I want to purchase a vehicle I will be going back to Steven and Gault!

  I had the pleasure of working with Steven to purchase my used x5 and the experience with Steven is half the reason I bought the vehicle. The buying experience was seamless and the entire team was friendly and very accommodating. All of my questions were answered and they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and the deal itself. No typical high pressure tactics. Im very happy with my purchase and will 100% do business with Gault and Steven in the future .
