called this location before driving over and was told it was okay to come in. When I arrived, the employee immediately turned me away and told me he wasn’t “a magician” and couldn’t make it happen because he already had three cars ahead of me.
I explained that I had called first, that I had spent over $1,000 on four run-flat tires, and that I was only having an issue with one tire that appeared to have a slow leak. Instead of offering any help or trying to find a solution, I was simply told there was nothing he could do.
He then said I had spoken to a call center, not the store directly. If that’s the case, the communication between the call center and the stores needs to be fixed because I was specifically told it was okay to come in and that the store was aware.
Customer Solutions eventually directed me to another location 20 minutes away. By that point, I had already spent over an hour driving from store to store, wasting both time and gas. No one reimburses customers for that inconvenience.
The lack of communication and the rude attitude made an already frustrating situation much worse. After spending over $1,000 with this company, I expected much better customer service. Please go somewhere else to get tires. Save the headache!

I had a ‘drop in’ no appointment NYS inspection at the Elmsford location. Desmond was very accommodating and professional. He explained any service items of note. Could not have been a more pleasant experience.
