  Highest tire prices around just go to Nichols or Walmart these people charge 700-1000 for Nissan maxima tires I paid 400$ for all 4 name brand at Wally World didn’t use you guys would never use you guys

  My husband and I brought one of our vehicles there for an oil change and inspection yesterday. About 10 minutes after we dropped off the car we received a phone call telling us that we needed two new tires before the vehicle could pass inspection. My husband told them that he just put new tires on the vehicle. He was told that the front left tire rubbed probably because the alignment was off and it was a safety issue so once they scratched off his inspection sticker, they were going to reject the inspection and was not able to give him a 10 day because the tires were a safety hazard. My husband said so what are you saying the cost of these tires would be he was given a price for two tires the oil change and the inspection of $740+ And he was told this did not include an alignment. My husband told them to do the oil change and he would be over to pick up his car. As they had stated, they scratched off the inspection sticker and gave him a rejection. We then took the vehicle to one of our local dealerships who said they could do the inspection today. We are called to pick up our vehicle and told that everything was fine with it and it passed inspection and all four tires were good which we already knew. Since how it’s been less than seven months since we put the tires on there. This is definitely shady business and I would suggest the owner go and check out the people he has working for him My only regret is that they had said they already started the oil change or we would’ve never given them any business at all, nor will we in the future

  My wife and I were headed back to Boston and we were stranded here with a bad starter. Josh took us in at 3:30 and had us back on the road by 4:30 (on a Saturday) when they were the only shop open and taking customers. Huge life saver!

  Service manager was very customer friendly and had my tire back to me before the scheduled time!!

  Terrible experience. I had been going there for oil changes for years because I can usually get in pretty quick. however, after this last time, i'll never go back. I brought in my M3, (which is what i mentioned when i made the appoint) brought my own oil, my own filter. I obviously brought in more oil than I needed because that's how oil comes... Now my M3 takes 10w-60. The guy at the counter was bamboozled on why I would need that type of oil and was questioning me about it several times. I'm like, my guy, that's the oil it takes. So fine, he finally listens to me, and they take it back. I think all is good. I pay, then I leave. I get to work ~20 minutes away and get a notification from my car that the oil is overfilled. They filled past the Max fill line!?! What?! How did you even get the lid on with how overfilled it was? So I head back in let the guy know, my guy, you overfilled the oil, you're above the max line. He tries to argue with me that, that's they amount they put in last time. Last time?! Last time I had my 550i gt.... completely different car, are you telling me you don't know the difference between an e92 M3 and a f07 550i gt? they look nothing alike. So I let the guy know, dude, that was a completely different car, 550gt vs an M3. They had to drain some oil out, then of course they drained too much and "put the oil they drained out into a separate bucket" back in.... After they fixed their mix-up I asked for the paperwork so I had it documented and the guy was all peeved I was even asking for it. He was huffing and puffing the whole time. He was annoyed, deep sighing that the phone was ringing, the sun was shining, and that he had business. I never write reviews but golly.
