  Everything good once ya get to Mr. Tire. "They speak English very well". The AI that you have to make an appointment through is CRAPPY! VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND not very good ENGLISH. This place is in Horseheads but AI kept saying Elmira. UGH All I needed was a NYS inspection. Thank you guys for making it a pleasant experience. Someone needs to Dewey the seating area, spider webs everywhere on chairs, windows, table.

  Terrible experience. I went to Mr Tire on County Rt 64 in Elmira for a inspection. No one else was there just me I should have known better. they were gonna charge me 17.50 to install a headlight bulb and wiper blades which were bad they were gonna charge me 17.50 to install them too even though I was buying them there. I told them not to do it I would fix them Cancel my inspection. The guy at the desk immediately got an attitude. at this point I had told them to Cancel. They told me to sit down I was worried because being the only car in the shop. I replied nicely I'm just looking at my car.Basically waiting for my vehicle because I told them not to finish.At that point I wasn't raising my voice.The guy behind the counter again real Cocky said sit down or Im gonna call the Troopers and have you removed all verifiable thought there camera system. So.I went and sat down waiting and now worried because of his attitude. thinking they were gonna sabotage my car. To install the bulb it took me less than a minute. just to think they wanted 17.50 for less than a minute work blades took me 10 min. Terrible experience. Very Bad counter guy with dark hair beard and EarplugsI. Im 67 years old No respect at all. Worse inspection in my life.I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear of Mr Tire County Rt 64 in Elmira NY.

  I took my Yukon to Mr Tire to get my Goodyear tire patched. Not only did they patch my tire, but they remounted it, and put the spare back up under the car for free! What incredible customer service! When it’s time for new tires, I know where I am going!

  They were open on a Saturday. They had the tires I needed. The appointment I made with them was in perfect timing. And I even had the oil changed. They were very proficient and efficient. I was very happy after that.

  Very competitive price & they do a great job. They clearly care about servicing cars and not trying to make a quick buck out of you. Had my state inspection done, oil & filter change, tires swapped out an aligned all for $130 which is more than reasonable IMO.
