Only took an hour to replace my front windshield, but I would have been just as content to wait if it took the full 2. I would always recommend Safelite for window repairs/replacements.

Safelite made it easy with an appointment in days and they came to the house. Zach, the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done in no time at all.

Luckily my glass coverage covered this and I scheduled a replacement with the East Syracuse Safelite on Saturday morning. They were busy so thought it would be a while. I got a call within an hour that the glass was installed and recalibration was all done. The staff and manager were very friendly and helpful with questions. I would highly recommend them.
- JMJohn MetzlerJun 22, 20261.0The number of text messages, emails and phone calls received before and after service was ridiculous. There were shards of glass all over the interior of the vehicle. Last but not least they would not remove the recycling fee from the bill, said it was NYS law which it’s not. It is a SafeLite policy, even though I had the ability to recycle the glass myself, taking it with me and them removing the fee of over $39.00!
