Filled with air in the morning, by mid afternoon was nearly flat- and I needed to travel the next day/Sunday. Nick took the time to call another shop to see if THEY were less busy (they weren't), then checked if he even had 2 tires for me. After apologizing a number of times that I would have to wait (there were 3 people sitting waiting already and all bays were full) he promised he would get it done for me. I wasn't concerned with the wait- there were others there ahead of me! But Nick felt bad. Ended up, they stayed after they closed to finish my car to send me safely on my way. VERY courteous, concerned, professional and polite! Kept me informed of my status. I'll definitely be back! Thank you for easing my worried mind!
