  Excellent overall experience, will return. Been there with 2 vehicles this month, both visits excellent. Oh, call center is brutal, stop it. Let me call the shop directly.

  I ran over a screw last night and it went into my tire. This morning, I went to a competitor near this location and had someone tell me that I would need to plan and schedule for the tire repair. Can you tell me who can plan for a screw to be in the road AND go into a tire. He said he could repair the tire in two days. Frustrated, I saw Monro across the way. I came in and had no one insult my intelligence by suggesting I plan and schedule tire damage. At the same time, they noticed my inspection was due this month and asked if I would like to get that done right while I was there. What a difference from the first place I tried.

  Visiting the area for a show with my girlfriends and a tire picked up a nail in the construction on the thruway. The tire was quickly losing pressure. We pulled off the exit to the nearest place which landed us here. The gentleman there took pity on us and fit us in to patch it. They were so kind and friendly. We appreciate them acting quickly so we could still make it to the hotel and our show. If we ever need anything done again in the area, this is where we will go.

  I have been here a few times for tires and once for exhaust. Both times team members were polite and honest. Prices seem a little high sometimes however comparable with the going cost of labor.
