  Went to pick up my car. I was told that "you wouldn't be able to tell difference between third party parts and OEM parts". There's clearly a seem you can see throughout the entirety of the edge of the front bumper. I was told that was normal. The front bumper also doesn't stay attached. I supposed that's normal too for a third party party that I won't be able to tell the difference from an OEM part. The wheel flair also has gloopy paint. I was told they got the piece like that. The paint does not look the same as the rest of the car. The car looks metallic red. The piece looks like glossy plastic. Definitely not a $5400 job that they say it is. They act like you're crazy because you won't accept the workmanship. I want my car to look like the new RAV4 car it is. Not a 20 year old Honda Civic that's worth $800 with the muffler dragging down the road.

  Got my vehicle fixed there from a bad hit. The issue I have is they put used parts on which I guess isnt there issue but blamed on the insurance company. Sure, but they didnt fix the brackets for the running boards that were totally rusting with half the paint missing. After I pointed it out they said if I waited they could hit it with a can of paint. The running board was mounted very crooked also. This bill was $10000. They did end up fixing the running board correctly but the fact they let this be set for pickup is unacceptable. The old saying " looks good from my house" seems there motto. This is my second run in with this specific Gerber. They put the wrong radiator on my wife's Jeep and tried to tell us it was correct. After much (arguing) back and forth they finally agreed it was the wrong radiator and replaced it

  I had to come to this shop because it is in network with my insurance, but after my first experience, I will never return. The repair took much longer than expected for what appeared to be a small part replacement. The biggest issue happened when I called to ask if my car was ready. They told me I could pay and pick it up on the weekend. After I paid, I assumed the car was ready. However, when I came on Saturday to pick up my car and return the rental vehicle, my car was completely non-drivable and looked totally dead. This has never happened before, especially since my car is a new 2025 vehicle. I couldn’t open the trunk or even start the engine. It was extremely unprofessional that the shop did not even check the car before releasing it to the customer. I have never experienced anything like this at any repair shop before. Because of this, I had to drive 50 miles back home with the rental car and return again on Monday. They told me they had forgotten to charge the battery and that it had drained. They jump-started the car so the engine could run, but the trunk still would not open. I then had to drive around 25 miles just to recharge the battery. Overall, the service and the staff’s attitude were very unprofessional. I will not come back to this shop again for any repairs

  Completely horrible experience my car came in for very minor body damage. After the car was fixed I received my car back with deep scratches in the windshield. I’ve spoken to the manager and thier gonna look out for quotes on glass. Been over 2 weeks with nothing said to me. I’m extremely disappointed. But hey if they wanna give me a new car after courts done I’m fine with it.

  Worst ever. Took them more than 9 weeks to repair front end damage. Brian never returns calls. Never answers phone. And after I picked up my car- it is still NOT fixed. They are worse than incompetent. Didn’t even know they needed more parts (9 weeks in)… I had to pay for a car rental for 9 weeks. Every week they would pretend to give an estimated repair date several weeks ahead. Absolutely do not ever use them. EVER. They told me when I picked up my car they had no excuse as to why the car took so long. And since my car was towed from their Horseheads NY location they had no idea when they could return it. “Have to wait for enough cars” to put mine on the carrier. So 2 of us had to drive more than 2.5 hours each way to get the car. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Most nonsensical ridiculous place I have ever seen
