  The associates were very helpful and friendly. They were thorough and patient in explaining my options and genuinely wanted me to have the best deal for my dollar. I felt confident and comfortable in my decisions and overall rental experience.

  Absolutely horrible sales . Blatant hidden fees regarding shipping of vehicles and lying about terms . I had gotten the bill of sale and insurance and all that and I was ready to grab a car . I called ahead to let enterprise know I’ll have the check for them in 1 day and they proceeded to ship out “my” car to another state without my knowledge ( it was already in New York State and was shipped to Connecticut ) . The original deal and fees were said to be on the bill of sale and were just thrown to me like oh well should have bought it right then and there . Also the original car that was talked about was completely sold out from under me , Again without notice . Prior to a meeting to see and buy . Very sideways kind of Buisness handlings .
