  We had a great experience with Enterprise car sales in East Syracuse! Our sales person, Erin, was knowledgeable and very professional, she took time to answer all our questions. The manager, Josh was great too! He was available when needed for details and clearly cares about his team and customer satisfaction. We purchased a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica from Enterprise car sales, picked up July 4th 2026. Take a look at their inventory! Don’t hesitate to buy from them! Thank you! We love our new to us car!

  Very positive experience! Colt was a great sales rep who helped me with everything I needed as well as the rest of the staff. I was in a tight situation and needed a new car fast and they helped figure everything out. I really appreciate it and can highly recommend enterprise for anyone buying a used car. I will probably purchase my next one here as well.

  1000% recommend this dealership over ANY other if you want a used car, same day, no hassle (given you have proper information needed to be financed for a car to begin with). I was told Enterprise sold their used cars, and having crashed my car earlier in the week, I needed a replacement ASAP. I scheduled for Saturday, but I called Thursday and they took me in that day. I was helped by Lossine Bility who was more than friendly and welcoming. I did not feel pressured or nervous when talking to him compared to the other dealerships/salesperson I went to where you could tell their only singular goal was to make a quick deal at the cost of my wallet. But here, Lossine got me the cheapest APR, which even offered Gap insurance, powertrain warrenties and tire coverage for 60,000 miles by Enterprise all for just about $100 more than what my monthly payment for financing the car would be. I could not be more than happy. And if you're apprehensive about getting a used car for higher mileage, what drew me in was the fact you can see the car fax and ALL the routine oil changes, inspections and such. No worries about whether a previous owner skipped maintenance. Thank you Lossine! Hope you see this! Also would like to thank Aaron seeing as she was sick and was my original sales person I was supposed to meet with. Thanks you guys! It turned my crappy week into a blessing.
