Husband lost a wheel weight when he took his wheel off to do the breaks. The gentleman at Mavis was super helpful. Carried the wheel to and from my car and was able to balance it in a good time. Will definitely go back again if there is a problem with a wheel.

I was able to make an appointment at short notice, easily online. The guys called me to confirm what they were doing and make sure they had what I needed. They were super helpful and answered all my questions. They even got me in earlier than my appointment and got me out pretty quickly.

Antonio did a great job with my tire replacement and balance and all. I must admit, they were short staff and a lot of people were giving them a hard time but they were as patient and helpful as they could be even under the stress of trying to get work done on people that were waiting. Curt?? I think was his name, was working in the garage and had to come out a number of times to answer questions both on the phone and in person. I was amazed at his patience and concern for the individuals problems and never seemed stressed at all, although surely he was because they were busy, but he never showed it. I didn’t catch the name of the ladies out front but they were also very helpful. Great job Mavis!!! See you in a few for an oil change!

Victor and Nate went above and beyond.
Due to a storm the power was out across the entire town. I had a bolt in my tire leaking air while on the way to pick up my significant other from the airport. We had a 3 hour ride after so it was an emergency. The power was out in the shop and they were closed, Victor and Nate still patched my tire and didn’t charge a dollar. They didn’t need to help me, but still did… would recommend 10/10.
