I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire, and I especially want to recognize Braulio, the manager. He provided outstanding customer service from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Braulio was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in his job and in making sure customers leave satisfied.

Braulio and his team were amazing to work with! I came in for my yearly inspection and maintenance and they informed me that I needed brakes in my rear, they showed me where it needed repair. I felt it was very nice to see honest people in mechanic shops. They did my brakes quick and seamless and my car drives great! Thanks again and I will come back here for my oil changes and other repairs i might need!!
