After finding my tire punctured with a nail, I called the shop to make sure they could help. Ryan, the store manager, was not only extremely helpful over the phone, but made me feel well taken care of in person once I arrived there the same day. Good guys out back, too. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes.

My experience was phenomenal. The Customer Service was amazing. Anthony & James were both very professional. I’m a first time customer & this will be my new location for vehicle maintenance. I came here for an inspection & I was in and out. I observed customers coming & going and they were all treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this location.

Put the wrong tire on my car. They reviewed the tire size I purchased the tires but they still put the wrong one on. When I left the safety lights came on along with the car pulling to the left. Brought it toght back. They looked the car over and couldnt figure out what was wrong. Told me I'll have to take it to the dealer and that it was still safe to drive. Not trusting them I looked at my car myself and noticed that they put the wrong tire on my car. They also charged me for an alignment but didn't do one. Ultimately they did it when I called them out on it. Black stains inside my car. Spoke to the corporate office and the district manager. Was told not to go back there for the alignment and the balancing of the tires. They sent me to the other East Meadow location to finish up.

If I could leave a negative star, I would. I took my car in for a simple alignment that takes about 45 minutes, and they took six hours. They damaged my car—one hour for the alignment and five trying to fix it. They wouldn't tell me anything until they realized they couldn't do it anymore. Then they refused to pay for the repairs. These people are the worst. They towed my car. I didn't want them to, but they insisted on taking it to Rodrigues Auto Service, and there they broke my car window. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the damage. Don't go to this place to have your car repaired; they won't pay for the damages.
