Particularly the one in east islip off of Montauk Highway. They took the vehicle right in and redid the alignment . Everything is good to go. I would recommend using this Mavis. The management and staff were exceptional

Jay and his crew ALWAYS go above and beyond too ensure all our automotive needs are met, with out up selling. Jay takes the time to bring you in the garage and walk you through as well as explain everything. It's very hard to find businesses you can trust, let alone a garage. The major thing I've said to Jay on several occasions, both in the East Islip store as well as when I run into him around town ( he's a East Islip resident ) is the fact I'd love to see him leave corporate setting and open up his own shop. I know in my heart, that between his professionalism as well as his honesty, he would do very well. Just last week he serviced my daughters Jeep that's been in and out of the dealership, with out definitive results, yet in a few hours Jay contacted her, explained the issue and did the simple repairs that the dealership couldn't find and also wanted $1600 to replace a part that wasn't needed and wouldn't of corrected the issue. But repairs at the East Islip location cost less than $300 and my daughters Jeep drives as good as it did new. Thanks to Jay and his crew. Keep up the great work Jay..

They took the time to thoroughly check my tire and found a nail, but explained that it was too close to the edge to safely repair. They were upfront that fixing it could weaken the tire’s structure and stuck to their policy rather than taking a risk. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism, especially since they didn’t charge me for the inspection. It’s refreshing to find a place that puts safety and integrity first. Highly recommend!
