Jess was EXTREMELY helpful kind and knowledgeable! I got 4 brand new tires the mavis yesterday with the AWESOME installation package Young man Jose did my alignment today and so far so good its driving straighter than before and the he did the best he could to center my steering wheel as it was a little more off center before! The older gentleman thats always there with the glasses Is amazing didnt catch his name but he takes time in his work I can tell and make sure everything's good before lowering your vehicle!

I started my day terrified on the side of Sunrise Highway, with a flat tire. When I arrived at East Islip Mavis store I was greeted by Jess. She calmed my fears and was able to order my tire for my Chevy Spark. She was able to get it to me by the afternoon and I was safely on my way. The entire staff is very helpful and extremely pleasant. I am a loyal Mavis customer!

We love Jessica the store manager! The Bay Shore location NYS inspection machine was down. The store manager( from Bay Shore) called to tell us the East Islip location was able to accommodate us(2cars). Jessica greeted us with a happy smile and called us when our vehicles were ready for pick up. She is a pleasant lovely woman who values her job and the company she works for. Mavis should be proud!
PS The manager from Bay Shore deserves an honorable mention. He called to tell us his machine was down before we arrived and made contact with Jessica. Very happy Mavis customers!
