I've been a consumer for over 15 years and this is the first time I'll leaving a bad review . If service is awful I'm always the one to bite my tongue but not this time
I've been going to this Mavis for over 5 years . I've spent well over $5,000 in tires, rims and light mechanical work with them . Years ago they were great , now it's a circus . I went there Tuesday adamant that my rim probably needed to be repaired due to a slow leak . After the back and forth they said the rim was fine and I needed to purchase a new tire which usually costs about $300 and this time they wanted $420. I agreed as long as it solved the issue. Took almost 2 days to get the tire I was told to come at 5pm . Upon arriving I saw them putting the tire on the wrong wheel so i walked into the bay and corrected them (which they got mad about) . The car wasn't done until 6:40 , it took 3 people to figure out how to put. 1 tire on.
Icing on the cake is they finish the car up, I drive it. 2 blocks and the psi shoots all the way down to low 20s , and overnight to 0 . The worst part is when I get out to access my tire /rim I find grease and SCRATCHES all over the entry points of my vehicle.
Was sold a tire I didn't need , waited three days, Got my car all scratched up just for them to be incorrect
Do not go here , they do not care.

I originally went to Mavis in bethpage. They had my car for 6 hours just to change tires and balance. They gave me my car back right before closing. As I was driving home, when I hit above 50 mph the car would shake crazy.
I brought the car to Mavis in East Islip and Jay and his crew saw my vehicle right away. Turns on the car was not balanced correctly and was off dramatically! They fixed what could have been a dangerous situation.
Would definitely come back to this location if future services are needed.

I had my vehicle inspected at the East Islip Main Street location and was very happy with the customer service and my service in general. Jess was extremely helpful in recommending the Bay Shore Main Street location for an oil change. I immediately made an appointment and Jess called over to the other location to let them know I was on my way. My experience overall was exceptional.
