I recently had my engine oil changed here, and I was driving on the highway and I started hearing a very loud noise ended up discovering that the underbody/engine protector cover was damaged and hanging down. It appears the guard was not properly secured after the oil change. Now I have to replace the entire protector cover, which is going to cost me $209. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. A basic oil change should not leave my vehicle with damaged or improperly secured parts, especially when I was driving on the highway. This could have potentially created a safety issue for me and other drivers. Another thing that really bothered me was the oil selection. I was not properly asked what type/grade of oil I wanted or needed. Instead, I was given the impression that the more expensive/highest-grade oil was simply the option being used. Customers should be clearly informed about their choices and the price before making the bill. Paying more doesn’t automatically mean it’s necessary for every vehicle. Overall, I learned my lesson and unfortunately will not be returning to any of their location. I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully after an oil change and making sure you understand exactly what oil and services your vehicle needed.
