  Dropped a car off here this week, and it was such a wonderful experience. I needed to rent a car and dropped it off here to get to the airport afterwards. The gentleman that checked the vehicle back in was professional and extremely helpful, as was Hugo who drove the shuttle to the airport terminal. They really made a very busy day so pleasant for me! Thank you- I will be back here next time I need to rent a car.

  I rent from this location VERY frequently. This past weekend, I picked up my car late at night and was given a rental after waiting for a while as an Executive Elite member. I got home past midnight and lo and behold, the key fob had no battery. I could not lock the car. This is the THIRD time this location has done this to me. This time, I had headphones stolen from the vehicle overnight. Of course, I replaced the battery the next day (for the THIRD time). Upon returning the car, I reported this. No apology, nothing acknowledgement, no concern at all from the staff. I spend A LOT of money with National as Executive Elite and its ridiculous they couldnt even acknowledge my concern or try to make it right. Sad

  Easy efficient pickup and drop off from lga with small vans instead of big bus makes it faster. Friendly staff. Nice clean vehicles. Zero issues.

  We've been loyal National Car rental customers through thick and thin at LaGuardia. If you know, you know! We had to walk across the 94th street overpass in the construction days to avoid 30 minutes of shuttle bus rides. Today, it's a breeze, with the dedicated shuttles, and helpful drivers. Getting you rental is even easier with any of the Aisle programs (Emerald, Executive, or Elite), sign-up before you travel, you won't regret it! You get off the shuttle, find your area and pick a car! It's that simple. Returning the car is just as easy, too. No hassle!
