  The guy who assisted me from the day I came to pickup and returned the car is the same guy. He’s soo nice , im not sure how to write down his name , he told me his name is Leaf, like a tree , i hope i type corrected 😅 Everybody in this location so nice👍 Thank You for the excellent experience & Excellent Customer Service ❤️

  I've been dealing with this Enterprise a few times.The staff are courteous and friendly...I've been lucky to deal with Mr. Leaf, his friendly, gets me the car i need and ALWAYS gives me a great deal...He's an asset to your company!!!

  After over a decade as a regular Enterprise customer, I’m wary of ever renting through Enterprise again following my experience with this branch. Both several days into my rental and three days *after* having returned the car, I received additional unexplained unauthorized charges traced to this location. (In the interim, customer service failed to respond to several outstanding questions via email regarding the invoice total, which was paid in full.) In both unauthorized charge instances, branch reps, customer service reps, and management failed to take accountability for the errors and promptly return my funds. Branch manager Catherine had been especially dismissive and unprofessional in my attempts to resolve the first improper charge. I have not yet received any inbound communication from management or customer service regarding the second improper charge. So far I’ve dedicated over five hours of my day to having this second unauthorized charge reversed (nearly $500 mysteriously withdrawn for which I received no notification or receipt, and which the branch claims it cannot explain), and I still have no refund receipt or written confirmation that the promise of a refund even occurred, despite multiple calls and emails to both customer service and the branch itself. This money is still missing as I write this review. Branch reps deflected responsibility for this breach with a number of excuses – management out of office, being understaffed, multi-day processing times to return the money, etc… Not a single apology. If I had not found and flagged these charges, I suspect the location would have simply kept the money, as they’ve provided no record to me of either transaction. Overall, this has been an exhausting experience, and I deeply regret ever taking out this rental. I’m out not only the money that’s been effectively stolen, but the extensive time and effort it will take to have it returned and the loss of use of those funds in the interim. This is all before even getting into the issues with the vehicle itself, which I’ll spare the reader… TLDR; I’m deeply disturbed by the pattern of unauthorized charges stemming from this location and total lack of accountability in redressing what appears to be a systemic failure toward clientele.
