- AAAlex Argudo6 days ago1.0Terrible service. They made me wait for over an hour and charged me much more than they should have—$500. They charged me for car insurance even though it wasn't necessary, as my existing policy with Geico already covers me. In fact, it was Geico that arranged the rental for me because my own car is currently in the shop for repairs. Jessica—the person who assisted me the day I went to pick up the car—explained everything incorrectly; I don't think she knows how to do her job. I tried to speak with the manager, Catherine, to explain what had happened, but it was a complete waste of time; she refused to listen to me, turned her back, and walked away. I cannot understand how they can keep someone like that in such a position. She treated me with racism because I am Hispanic. People who work with customers need to know how to treat them properly and be personable. Terrible service and a very bad experience—I will never return.
