  Overall they wasted an hour of my time scrambling to find a car despite having a lot full of them. Then drove me 20 minutes away against traffic to pick up a car from another location. They work with body shops in the area and prioritize those rentals over people who actually rent and check in through them. If you have a reservation here, don’t expect it to mean much. Overall, it was a frustrating and poorly managed experience.

  Location used disgusting practices and will steal your money. The young man working there has no manners and could care less for service members. My car was destroyed and went for a rental was quoted $900 for a week on a Toyota Corolla. Mind you I have family and friends in the business I called another enterprise and was quoted half the price for the exact same car. The reps could care less for the information. * make sure you confer online pricing and other locations. Avoid this place at all cost. I will be making a formal corporate compliant.

  Rented here recently and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and helpful from the manager to all of the others there. Probably the best car rental experience I've ever had, and I've rented a LOT over the years. Will definitely rent from here again.

  Terrible service. They made me wait for over an hour and charged me much more than they should have—$500. They charged me for car insurance even though it wasn't necessary, as my existing policy with Geico already covers me. In fact, it was Geico that arranged the rental for me because my own car is currently in the shop for repairs. Jessica—the person who assisted me the day I went to pick up the car—explained everything incorrectly; I don't think she knows how to do her job. I tried to speak with the manager, Catherine, to explain what had happened, but it was a complete waste of time; she refused to listen to me, turned her back, and walked away. I cannot understand how they can keep someone like that in such a position. She treated me with racism because I am Hispanic. People who work with customers need to know how to treat them properly and be personable. Terrible service and a very bad experience—I will never return.
