  It was absolutely terrible. I went there because I have in the past and bc they assured me I could use a debit card. I don't carry a credit card because I like having zero debt and only paying for things i have cash in the bank for. I planned weeks and advance this trip where I'd drive out from the city to pick to up my disabled brother on Long Island to take him to visit in our other brother on Cape Cod where he'd never been. I was so nervous they'd end up saying no at the front desk because of no credit card, I called the day before to double check that I would not have a problem. The CS guy said I'd just need to show two utility bills, which I was not aware of when I made my reservation online. I said I rented and my landlord pays my utilities. I only pay a Verizon bill and he said that's fine. I actually made him promise that just this bill would suffice and he did. I live simply and have very few bills other than phone and a few online subscriptions. Well, I got to the counter and they said, no, what I was told was not accurate, that I'd need two utility bills. I explained that one of their representatives had misinformed me the day before and therefore, in my view, Enterprise should fix it. The manager did not agree and just kept repeating theb documentation I needed. She said at one point I could speak with her boss but he'd say the same thing. I eventually said, after we went in circles a few times, that I would like to speak with her boss and she refused to give me his number, saying he was off this weekend and she would handle it and that there was nothing else they could do for me. So I left and I'm asked that they cancel the reservation so someone else could at least have the car, and I called my brothers and told them we had to cancel the entire weekend because I could not her a rental without a credit card on hand. I would not have a problem had Enterprise told me over the phone that this was the case but breaking my brother's heart was very painful for me. I am letting a credit card and I will never use Enterprise again, even though I'd been a customer for many years, and a responsible, valued one at that. Bottom line: have a credit card if you want to rent a car.

  Sheryl was the best and most wonderful salesperson I have ever delt with. She really knows her stuff and is a such a wonderful humble and sweet person!!!! Thank you for all that you did for me and Ronnie you are the best!!!!

  I had an amazing, incredibly smooth experience purchasing my vehicle at Enterprise Car Sales at Astoria Blvd! Gio was extremely knowledgeable and personable, answering all my questions ahead of time and making sure I had everything I needed. The entire process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the upfront transparency with both the pricing and customer service. Being able to finalize everything and drive my new car off the lot the very same day was fantastic—highly recommend Gio and the team!

  My experience at the Enterprise Car Sales - East Elmhurst, Queens NY location was amazing. I was very happy with my salesperson Sheryl T. She was a true professional with great customer service and people skills. Once she knew which car I was interested in, she kept me updated during the whole process while the car was being prepped and prepared to send to the location for me to see and drive. My current car was literally on its last leg, and Sheryl worked with me to get a trade-in credit. She made the whole process a pleasure and a breeze. The vehicle registration transfer, the insurance process and the DMV part were all updated there and I enjoyed my experience totally. Sheryl T is a real gem and a great asset to the Enterprise corporation, and especially the East Elmhurst location. Sheryl and Connor provided top notch service. They made me feel great about my purchase, and they help you celebrate your purchase with music and a lucky bang of a gong to start you off with good vibes, and then a red carpet and a big green bow on your car purchase! I left satisfied with the service and feeling like a million bucks. If you want a place to start a car purchase this is the place! I would definitely recommend their service to my friends! Cheryl C.
