  There was a small issue with my reservation. The problem was it ended up being at a different airport than where I landed so I had to call customer service., but I called customer service four times. They explained to me that they had changed the reservation, but at the end of the day, the Manager Tiffany and agent Kevin from the LaGuardia airport service desk were the ones who ended up having to override the problem and fix the situation I am extremely thankful knowing that there was a lot going on in the city this particular weekend with minimal cars available, but they did find me one and I was extremely happy.To be honest,I only use Alamo and I’ve always been very happy with their service. Thank u so much! Please Thank these 2, they saved my trip. Carine B

  We hired a ALAMO car from LAX, drove across the states on Route 66 then on to Niagara Falls, Pennsylvania and dropped the SUV off at New York. I had to call their roadside assistance when in Amarillo as the service light came on and we were told to take the SUV in for the service. I was very upset over the way this was handled as this was not my problem. But we ran around to maintain our schedule. With only 5 days left a stone smashed the windscreen. I called roadside again and "within the hour" Enterprise had a replacement SUV and we completed our journey. Overall I was totally satisfied with using Alamo/Enterprise car rental and happy to recommend them to anyone looking at a rental.

  I dozens of cars all over the US every year. This was by far the worst experience of anywhere in my 30+ years of travel. I waited in the lobby for over 30 min and no one would come to the desk. I asked the agents outside several times for help and they couldn’t find anyone. Eventually, they said a manager “might” come out in an hour or so. So I left and went to another car rental company.

  Horrible experience, I received a smaller vehicle than what I paid for, which made a negative impact on my trip, then I returned the vehicle 3 hours late, but got charged over $225 for 3 HOURS!! They told me to reach out to them with any concerns and when I did, they said there is nothing they can do about it. After receiving a dirty vehicle, a smaller vehicle than I reserved, and getting hit with over $225 in fees, I will never use this company again and will tell all of my followers about my experience!! I will also be submitted a complaint to the BBB.

  Everybody at the LGA office I encountered was so NICE! The shuttle driver was fast and friendly. The agent who greeted me as I entered the rental office got me in and outta there even faster than my Skip-the-Counter barcode ever dreamed possible; he even walked me to the car. The agent at the gate who verified my reservation and payment was an excellent Welcome-to-New York ambassador. Upon return, the agent who checked the car in and emailed the receipt was friendly, fast, and efficient, as was the shuttle driver. I will tell you that I was the only Alamo customer on the premises both at pick-up and drop-off; it speaks well of the caliber of the employees that they use slow times in the office to give "white glove service" to the customers whenever they can. Love me some Alamo! I ❤️LGA!
