  I used the location at LGA airport and I have to make specific mention of Bryce! He was absolutely professional and very helpful. He answered all my questions and made the experience so perfectly seamless. He is the reason I will choose Alamo next time I need a rental vehicle!

  The whole process was easy, and very quick. I didn’t wait long to drive off and the return was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had with rental cars. Vic helped me out with the return at LGA and I appreciate his efforts and friendliness. I love the fact that I could communicate with customer support via text. That was also a big plus. I’ll be using Alamo in the future.

  Don't rent here if you expect to get your car on time. I've booked a car here a week in advance for an important time sensitive trip, I arrived on time waited around 30 mins on line then they had issues with address verification... Finally when everything passed, they tell me I need to wait 30 mins for my car. (Which is over an hour late. And now I missed the event.

  Everything was great with customer service, but the vehicle I was given, while it might have had cruise control available because the buttons to activate it were available on the steering wheel, it was not able to turn on. A message would appear that cruise control could not turn on, see owner’s manual. I would expect however that on a practically new 2026 Toyota Camry, with only 3k miles on it, that cruise control would be a standard feature, regardless of the trim for any of their respective models. I drove from NY to the Delaware Water gap and down south as far as cape may and back up. It was tiring on my ankle to maintain speed on very long drives for multiple hours. Cruise control would have been very useful. Alamo should have done a better job to ensure all their newer vehicles in their fleet had all features and systems available activated for the functionality and comfort of their customers.

  Loved everything about this rental! I often feel jaded renting a car because most of the other places have the worst service with long waits. I knew from the moment I arrived and was helped by Jeanette that I was in good hands. She was kind, caring, and you could tell she really cared about her job and the people she served. Larry who helped me with the car (and gave me an upgrade because the car type I booked was unavailable) was full of jokes and also a lot of fun to be around. Can’t say enough good things about your crew here. Everything was perfect.
