I had a fantastic experience renting with Alamo! The check-in and pickup process was quick, seamless, and efficient. The customer service team was friendly, clear, and professional throughout. The vehicle was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and performed perfectly for my entire trip. Returning the car was quick and hassle-free as well. I will definitely choose Alamo for my future travel needs!

The car was very good, but my experience with the office staff and manager was disappointing\. They were unprofessional, and the communication was confusing and inconsistent\. The manager seemed inexperienced and may still have been in training\. I hope the office improves its customer service\.

SCAM! I rented a car a few months ago for a few days. I took video of the car before and after like I always do. Weeks later, they sent me a damage invoice for $2k with pictures of damage underneath the car. I did not cause this damage. It looked like someone drove over a boulder. I would’ve noticed that. They sent pictures of the damage, with timestamps. The timestamps DID NOT line up with my rental period. I have the videos I took proving this. I sent them this information as evidence showing that I couldn’t have caused this damage. They ignored it and made me pay anyways. I would’ve liked to get a lawyer, but that would’ve cost more than the $2k. I spoke to Alamo on the phone about this and they were very rude. They refused to connect me with the people who could clear this up. They instead LIED by saying that the rental franchise showed me the damage when I returned the car. They did not do this. I got my insurance to pay for these damages. Damages I did not cause. Who knows what this will do to my rates, or my record. Do not rent from Alamo. They will SCAM YOU To Christina: my review contains enough information for you to look up my account. I don’t need to fill out that form. This horrible experience has ended
