  Alamo is my preferred rental car company that I use for vacations but needed a car last minute for Mother's Day and they came through with good pricing. I had a great experience at this location. Mercy checked me in and was super friendly, helpful and efficient. Larry brought me to my car and helped me with my bags and showed me around the car. Bringing the car back was easy. I cannot recommend this location enough! As a local I didn't need the shuttle but it seems that it runs fairly often to LGA.

  Excellent experience at the LaGuardia Airport location. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helped us quickly after a difficult situation in Manhattan. The process was smooth and efficient, and we really appreciated the kindness toward our family with three small children. Thank you!

  I’ve tried other companies at LGA and Alamo continues to prove they are top notch. Always friendly, quick, and nice clean cars. Customer service is their top priority. I will always continue to use Alamo at LGA.

  First time renting with Alamo and the experience was disappointing. I was given an older Mitsubishi Outlander with outdated features, no wireless CarPlay, no USB-C, and no wireless charging. I even had to buy a USB cable just to use navigation. Unlike other rental companies, I wasn’t told what car I’d get ahead of time or given the option to upgrade. Overall, the car worked, but the lack of modern features and flexibility made the experience inconvenient.
