This place reeks of dishonesty, greed and rudeness. It seems their motto is rip off any car owner that naively ends up in their parking lot. If they quote a price, you better get that in writing, cause you will be massively disappointed when you see the final bill. You’re in bad luck if you end up dealing with the “manager” Timothy.

NEVER go here. I took a car in for an oil change and they left a piece of the old filter in and it COLPLETELY destroyed the car. took months to get the insurance company to do anything and the company refused to speak to me. I was stunned by how inept an negligent they were. they are not just bad they are actually hazardous. I reached out to them and there was no communication. the insurance also would not fully compensate the damage.

Do not go here! I went in for a routine oil change and state inspection, with my car that had never given me any issues previously. The very next time i tried to drive the car after leaving the appointment, my transmission was completely shot and the car was unable to drive. This ended up being over a $6000 fix (at another shop) due to the incompetence of the mechanics at Monro.

Very helpful and honest, thought I needed tire sensor replaced for inspection told us we don’t need to get new ones since it’s not needed for inspection. Very amazing place

Don’t go there. They are extremely overpriced and slow for everything despite having an appointment I was asked to wait for 2-3 hours before anyone can look at my car. Very unhelpful staff always have excuses why they have to turn you down. Find a real mechanic and don’t waste your time and money. They can’t do simple flat tire, or state inspection.. LOL
