    I went to the Sheridan branch, and they gave me a rental car that had a problem with one of the wheels. Because of that, I called the Transit branch to ask about exchanging the vehicle. The employee who answered the phone was very unprofessional and came across as discriminatory. I simply asked what vehicles were available, but he put me on hold for about 20 minutes just to answer that question. When I arrived at the Transit branch, I saw two employees sitting together laughing while I had been left waiting on hold. Their attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at that location.
