- KHKaren HulmeOct 14, 20265.0Extremely courteous and efficient. Got me in my rental and on my way within 10 minutes. Drop off was just as easy!
- BBBogie0315Oct 6, 20261.0The Enterprise in Niagara Falls is the worst. We had a confimed reservation 2 months in advanced and went we went to pick up the car we were told they had no car for us. So we call back 2 days later and the clerk said he didn't like my wife's attitude and that he would not rent us a car even if they had one and hung up on her. This is the last times we will ever rent from Enterprise. The Niagara Falls shop was totally un professional, rude and have no idea how to treat a customer. This person shoud be fired.
- CDCandi DahlOct 5, 20261.0Today is Monday, October 5th and I have been waiting since Friday, October 2nd at 1pm for a Supervisor to call me back for an escalated issue because my CONFIRMED reservation was sold right out of under me. This didn't happen once, not twice, but three times back to back after calling the 800 #, getting confirmations and paying for a Lyft to get to the location(s) x 3 to being called and/or arriving at said locations in Amherst, East Amherst, and Cheecktowaga and being told there were no longer any card available. I needed a vehicle because I was traveling for medical reasons, not leisure. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I will continue to wait for a Supervisor to call me to find a way to make this right for me.
- ASAlison StouteSep 25, 20265.0Jackson at Enterprise was wonderful. I came in with an issue right before closing, with my two very chatty kids in tow, and he was patient, kind, and easy to talk to throughout. He worked with me to resolve the issue and gave me peace of mind when I really needed it. His customer service made a stressful situation much less stressful. Thank you, Jackson!
