  I have rented from enterprise for years now on my last rental I was called enterprise car sale notified that they had sales on 1000.00 vehicle I found myself with very kind dealer and understood I needed a new vehicle at a good price got me the lowest interest available for me in a time that buying cars wasn't ideal. My vehicle was total in auto wreck when everything was moving so fast Jack and Riley at enterprise helped me in a manor that was more comforting then felt like a sale pitch . I found myself connecting to them and felt they cared in finding me what I needed . They also extended my rental until all was clear to purchase I would recommend Nike in Batavia and anyone at enterprise car sale to take a look you won't feel cheated when you start comparing . I will always go to enterprise for my rental . Thank you guy you turn part of my circumstances into something I will appreciate and remember forever . God bless you all sending you all my love

  I bought a car here and there was no brake pads in my rear wheels and the passenger side caliper wasn’t secured at all and I drove my car less than 200 miles and luckily I was on a residential street going 30 because the caliper finally fell from it position and locked up in the wheel well and broke the break line and had no brakes and the curb stopped me. I also had my 6 and 4 year old child in the car. So I brought the car to my local mechanic and he told me these issues no brake pads caliper not bolted down at all and it cost me $1800. Again drove less than 200 miles had the car less than a month. I have the mechanic invoice stating these issues. Enterprise car sales on transit road told me to eat crow. Same with corporate. Also be aware Monroe muffler does the resale service for enterprise car sales. And they take no responsibility for Monroe mufflers junk work.

  Jake was extremely kind and provided us with excellent service. His friendly nature made us feel comfortable, and he made sure we fully understood the entire process. He was very thorough and attentive to our needs without ever making us feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Jake!
