  You used to be able to contact these folks when you needed but not when you need. I just had to change my own tire and they'll try to sell you "road hazard" but noone picks up you'll be stranded on the side of the road if you need help. It's not worth the money. Any extra things they're offering you, DON NOT TAKE IT!!! ITS A SCAM!!! NO HEP AFTER HRS. NO NOTHING! AND ONONE KNOWS ANYTHING AT ANYTIME! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Cars are fine. But if u order road hazard you will not get anyone to help ever! You are paying for nothing! Learn how to fix your own tire and assurance will send you to enterprise and enterprise will send you to assurance. SCAMMERS

  I visited the dealership after receiving a text message earlier in the day stating that I had been approved for several SUVs. However, when I arrived, I was approached by someone I had not previously worked with. Instead of contacting the representative I had been communicating with, they attempted to place me in a vehicle that I had already viewed and clearly stated I was not interested in. The representative simply informed me that I was approved for that specific vehicle at a certain payment amount, despite my previous conversations indicating that I did not want that vehicle. This was confusing because the person I had been working with had texted me earlier and stated that I was approved for several SUV options, not just the one vehicle I had already declined. As a result, I spent money and time taking an Uber to the dealership, only to find myself in the same situation I had already discussed previously. After not being shown the SUV options I was told I was approved for, I then had to pay for another Uber to get back home. Overall, the experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of both my time and money.

  Need a car with no pressure to buy, this is the place to go! Rodney, Anthony and the entire team were amazing! Went in last night with the intention of getting ideas about the type of car I'd like. Rodney was patient with me as he listened to what I'd like in a vehicle and the type. He listened as I said the amount that I could afford monthly. With that in mind, he found a vehicle to price off of as I didn't want to test drive or look at a vehicle until I found out if could get financing. Even with my below 500 score, they were able to get me into a vehicle within my range of affordability. Rodney and Anthony stayed well past closing to assist me while easing my fears at the same time. I got a car that I'm comfortable in while giving me the safety features I needed.

  Get to the booth with my reservation made several months ago and 3 small children in tow only to be told that our vehicle was at least 3 hours away. Horrible custom service. I’m tired of giving this company a chance. They’re unreliable and unprofessional.

  I have recently purchased a vehicle from this location, and I must say that it was the Best Experience that I have ever had! All of the Employees working that evening were Very Professional and "Explained Everything" to me in Detail as many car lots I have went too did not. They actually cared and just wanted to see me Happy with my purchase of choice! Definitely Genuine Honest Employees! I "HIGHLY" Recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle. They have a Great Selection to choose from and they were all priced at reasonable rates, and most importantly there was no pressure on a sale. I had a hard time choosing which car I wanted because there were so many choices and vehicles that I Loved and test drove! Awesome Experience to say the least, and I would like to Personally Thank Ryan Jafarjian, Todd and Jack who have went above and beyond to assist me that evening! These guys are Awesome! Best Experience I have ever had! No joke! Check them out! You will not be disappointed! 💕 I have nothing to gain by posting this, but I felt I had to give credit to them as they were amazing to me.
