  This place has one person working at a rime VERY understaffed, both pick up and drop off I had to wait for one person who was occupied with 3 other guests. If you want to be quick with your pick up or drop off process don’t go to this enterprise! Then you comment under my review about details based off my name you can look up what transaction was mine I made a review it’s your job as an employee to do better and resolve issues past this point.

  I had an outstanding experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and I want to give a special thank you to Joe for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, Joe was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made the rental process quick and stress-free, and went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience, and Joe exceeded my expectations in every way. Joe is the definition of a star employee. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to his customers set him apart. Employees like Joe are the reason customers keep coming back, and he represents Enterprise in the best possible way. If anyone deserves recognition for their hard work and commitment, it’s Joe. He has certainly earned it, and I hope Enterprise recognizes what an incredible asset he is to the company. In my opinion, he deserves a raise for consistently delivering the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. Enterprise is fortunate to have an employee like Joe. He was a pleasure to work with, easy to talk to, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service, I will definitely be returning to Enterprise for my future rental needs and will gladly recommend this location to friends and family.

  The E. Greenbush office manager, Connor is professional and friendly. He was very accommodating when I asked to switch vehicles 2 times. I will definitely count on him and Enterprise should I need a rental in the future.

  The car I had rented seems like someone personal car beat up I will never rent from this location again
