The next morning I reported the accident, contacted a collision shop, they handled getting a rental, and Enterprise had a vehicle ready for me that afternoon. The vehicle was a 2026 Jeep Compass, very clean, comfortable and easy to drive. The pick up process was fast and easy, the vehicle had a full tank of gas so was literally just drive and go! The return process was just as fast and easy. I always use Enterprise and never have any problems!

- BCBrooke CurtisJun 25, 20261.0Very disappointed ! This is my 2nd time going here and I have experienced terrible service ! I went there to pick up a vehicle that I have booked in A WEEK advance.. I get there and was told that the vehicle just came back but it has a check engine light on.. so due to the light on, the vehicle is unavailable and they had no other cars available ! I was told that they were “just going to give me a call” which is ridiculous because I was already there at the pick up time! I was told I can call around other enterprises & they can do a transfer ! As I did appreciate the “alternative” of a transfer. I feel like they should have called the nearest enterprise & got a vehicle delivered. - My take from this experience is get more vehicles for situations like this, especially when reserved A WEEK in advance.
