  The experience was fine I came to this location because I had a really good experience previously. The tech this time had a hard time lifting my hood fine but then sprayed dw40 I was wondering the struggle seeming we had lifted it recently but still no big deal. After leaving I noticed the front of my white vehicle was caked in oil or dw40 a dark substance and you could clearly see finger tips. I then had to go to the car wash because of black fingerprints and smears all over the grill and the hood

  The tech was very kind and knowledgeable about my car and provided needed information for my next visit as to what was should be done to keep my cars engine healthy. Thank you very much for this business. God bless

  I want to share my experience to warn others about this shop. Unfortunately, the service I received was completely unprofessional. After taking my vehicle in for maintenance, my transmission was damaged. What was even more disappointing was that, instead of investigating what happened or taking responsibility for the damage, they refused to accept any responsibility. As a customer, I expected honesty, professionalism, and a fair resolution to the problem, but I received none of those. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them a business I cannot trust. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this shop. If you value your vehicle and want reliable, professional service, I suggest taking your business somewhere else.

  En mi experiencia, esta tienda es una completa basura. Llevé mi vehículo para un simple cambio de aceite y terminé con el motor dañado. Mi vehículo, valorado en más de $15,000, sufrió un daño que nunca había presentado antes de recibir su servicio. Lo más indignante no fue solo el daño ocasionado, sino que cuando les informé de lo sucedido, se negaron por completo a asumir cualquier responsabilidad. En lugar de ofrecer una solución o investigar lo ocurrido, simplemente me dejaron enfrentar solo un problema que representa miles de dólares en pérdidas. No volvería a confiarles ningún vehículo y no recomendaría este lugar a nadie. Si valoran su automóvil y su dinero, piénsenlo dos veces antes de llevarlo aquí. Mi experiencia fue completamente decepcionante y considero que el servicio fue negligente y la atención al cliente inaceptable.
