- CMCorrin MatthewsApr 30, 20265.0TJ made me cry because he was just way too awesome. They are good to people there. I really don't know what else to say. I was so stressed after being rear-ended because my car started doing this weird pulsing thing with the breaks. And that was especially hard for me because I have severe PTSD from a car accident long ago on black ice -where my breaks pumping to try to stop the car and I ended up with severe brain damage. TJ was SO understanding even though the issue with my breaks now is no saftey risk at all. He was thorough with my vehicle and careful with me. And I don't know if he did anything to make my brakes issue go away. He didn't say he did. But since I picked it up. My brakes haven't been pulsing. He really was a blessing on a really bad day and really made me feel so much trust and safety.
