  Walked in at 5pm in a panic because I somehow got a blunt bungee-type hook stuck in my tire and knew I was never going to make it 40 minutes home with my tire hissing at me. The front desk and the tech were so nice to me and were able to help me out. They made me feel lucky that I could get it taken care of so easily instead of cursed that I had my 5th punctured tire in as many years. Thank you!!!

  I am now an ex customer. For over 20 years, 5 vehicles and enough money spent on repairs and maintenance to purchase a brand new vehicle, I am no longer patronizing this establishment. To be fair to some of the employees past and present, there were a few who went above and beyond. But in the timespan of less than 30 days, I was forced to surrender over $3700.00 on some questionable repairs. While I understand the costs involved with vehicle repair these days, this amount seemed excessive and unnecessary. Had a coolant reservoir replaced that was never pressurized upon completion. This led to a second repair. Had to return within a week to have the thermostat replaced. Not sure why it wasn't discovered on the previous visit. Upon completion of the thermostat, my car lost its AC. Went back the very next day at 8am as instructed by the service writer and was promptly and rudely dismissed by a different employee, saying there were 2 cars ahead and there was only one tech available. Why only one technician in a very busy repair shop? This has happened several times to me, creating wait times that greatly interfered with my day to day obligations. And forget about getting anyone to answer the phone. And it's not just the individual shops but the Guest Services, too. Why use customer satisfaction as a selling point when customers can't even reach someone on the phone to discuss these issues? And there were also days when I went in on a Sunday and the shop would be closed because someone failed to show up. I've patronized this specific Mr. Tire for years and under past ownership, I never, ever had such problematic experiences. Do better, please...

  I want to get an inspection and took my 88-year-old dad. They were very efficient, addressed my dad as "yes sir", and explained whatever we needed. I needed new tires but they helped me get something I could afford. Not pushy at all. We were both very impressed and happy with everything

  Friendly staff. Got me right in at my appointment time and were done in about an hour for 4 new tires.

  First one there on Sunday. 7 others got their work done before they touched my vehicle. All I needed was a 40 min replacement of the passenger actuator for the air/heat. Price for the part at auto zone was $27. Price at Mr tire was $147. My work wasn't completed until almost 3 pm. Parts were ordered on Saturday. Desk guy said no parts here. At 12:50 he left for a half hour to go and get the part. Also told me they don't order ahead until they take something apart and see what they need. The part was marked up over500 percent! Not happy!
