  Excellent work for a fair price. They were actually able to find and fix a long term issue with the steering that two other shops (including the dealer) couldn't find. Routing caller questions about services offered through a central call center isn't helping though. If I call and need to speak to someone, it is to confirm what services I can get done there vs whether I need to take the vehicle to another shop. The person handling scheduling clearly knew nothing about automotive repair, so I hung up. I'll have to visit in person just to find out what I need to know.

  Nick and his team went above and beyond. His professionalism is TOP NOTCH. Bathrooms need a good deep cleaning though. Other than that I will DEFINITELY be going back to Mr. Tire for all my tires and alignment’s.

  Went in for my tire pressure light and they patched my tire and diagnosed the issue no problem! Fast service, highly recommend.

  I had an appointment for 6 PM for just an oil change in my car wasn’t done until 715. Also, they never asked me what type of oil I wanted and just decided to give me the most expensive one without asking me. I know I should’ve told him exactly what I wanted, but I feel like they also should’ve asked me.

  I went to the store to get my snow tires switched back to regular tires. I was able to get a same day appointment and the service was handled quickly and snows were marked as requested. However, the air pressure in the regular tires was never checked, and I had to correct them.
