  Im a disabled Vietnam veteran and I went to the Monro Auto Service Center just to get air in my right rear tire as the caution light was on on my dash.It was today (8/3/26) at 5:45 pm.As I pulled in the to the center I stopped in front of an open bay and saw a man standing there smoking a cigarette and using his cell phone. I opened my window and said "hello" twice and was ignored then he pointed to the office.I thought he would come out to my car but did not.I went into the office and he still appeared to ignore me.I asked him if he could please put air in my tire his response was "all of our equiptment is locked up".I looked at him in disbelief as the sign said they closed at 7pm and all I wanted was air from this tire store! I asked for the District Managers phone number and he said he didn't know it I asked for his name and said it was Jesse.I then asked for a business card for this store and he said he didn't have any at all.I repeated my question to him that "this is a tire store and you can't put air in my tire"? Again he said all equipment was locked up.I then said "are you serious"? Then we had some bad words.This guy definitely needs his walking papers.I then went up the street to a new place that just opened,America's Tire.I was greeted by a very friendly manger who took care of my tire and ALSO checked my other 3 tires and this was done at 5 minutes before they closed.I would like a response to this please before I call corporate offices.Thank you

  Stopped by without appointment to get my BMW inspected Was setup for later that day on returning was taken in and serviced quickly Will return here when needed

  Idk if this is the same crew from 155 French road last year, but I went & got an oil change, paid for 6 quarts & 5 days later, my engine is bone dry & my vehicle is putting & losing power when accelerating.

  Go to any other location. Took my 2016 Ram 1500 truck in for a metallic rubbing noise, shop called and said technician diagnosed the issue and recommended new front pads and rotors. Still had the exact same issue. So I took it back for them to accuse me of driving around with my E-brake on. No light on for it and just an easy way to shift blame for not properly doing their job. Still have the metalic noise. Go to ANY other location. You won’t get helped here. Second time I’ve been disappointed by the exact same shop.
