Went for an oil change and to let them check over the vehicle to make sure it was ready for inspection. Brad immediately had my car on the lifts . I needed 2 new tires and wipers. Brad came to the waiting area and let me know the progress. Work was done timely and efficiently. I also met the store manager who was friendly and helpful also. Would definitely go back !

Let me add a new issue regarding my husband's vehicle for which I can provide the receipt. The date of that visit was 2/17/2026. He spent almost $2,000. After that visit we had the following issue: He was driving down Transit Road and the bottom of his car fell off - the muffler AND the exhaust and that was after Mavis said they had fixed ball joints, lower control arm, tie rods and other issues, again totaling almost $2,000 including 4 tires, wheel alignment and an oil change. The muffler and exhaust FELL OFF because the work they said they performed was not actually performed. Immediately after this service date, his vehicle was filling up with exhaust fumes and we had no idea why, but then found out they had not done what they said and made the situation worse.
The other major issue immediately after this service was the cap for the oil was NOT REPLACED after the oil change, and was immediately leaking oil everywhere. We didn't know this was what was occurring until the bottom fell off and we had to get that issue serviced. The cap was not replaced, no pan, everything regarding the oil change was left open, unscrewed, uncapped, and just not done. We had to throw more money into the car to correct mistakes that I think would be basic for an automotive service place to remember to do. Replacing the oil pan and putting the cap back on is something I'd remember to do and I've never done an oil change.
I do not recommend this place. I plan on calling and talking to someone so Mavis, so if you see this update, feel free to reach out.
