  Christina was not only polite, she listened to my needs and my concerns. She also had alot of knowledge with my 2026 Trax. She is a excellent and experienced salesperson. Also Joe Basil got the job done quick and efficient. Rob the finance manager also did a excellent job.

  Terrible experience, they use despicable sales tactics as a standard. They will tell you many people looked at the vehicle that day. Then, as you negotiate your trade in and run the sales breakdown numbers. They will say it’s sold before they finish selling to you. “Someone called and put a deposit, first come first serve!” This exact scenario happened to my friend and myself at this dealership. They will harass you the next day with many phone calls from every sales person they have available. Don’t allow this dealership to use reverse psychology on you to complete a sale, it’s demeaning to innocent customers and they waste hours of your time to complete their act.

  My experience at Joe Basil Chevrolet Resale was extremely horrible, Darren , who sold me this vehicle is definitely not a man of his word, when we went over this vehicle there these scratches and dents plus a cracked front bumper that Darren said he was going to take care of this and also the windshield had crack in it so I waited a whole month for the wind shield came in. They claimed they wanted to put the original windshield from Hyundai so that's what they claimed took so long to get my vehicle on the road. So now I got the vehicle ( by the way I did test drove this vehicle and there was np at first) I'm driving off and now I'm took a little trip to niagara falls, as im driving i hit a bump and next thing ya know the back of my vehicle started bouncing up and down like a pogo stick affect so right away I knew it was the shocks so I take it back to the dealership and service looked at it they said because the mechanic didn't see any kind of leakage they assumed there's nothing wrong with the shocks so now I'm aggravated so then i went to the service manager and he test drove the vehicle and of course he says he doesn't feel anything no bouncing at all then the service manager says Hyundai makes bad shocks so he says " what you could do is take a block of wood and stack them to keep the vehicle from bouncing " when he said that i felt he insulted my intelligence so i walked out because i was very mad when he said that. I talk to my chat gtp and told it my situation so it suggested that I should go to a Hyundai dealership while I still have warranty so I went to Northtown Hyundai on Sheridan Dr. And they took care of it with no problem at all so I came back and showed the Manager the receipts of both one from Joe Basil Resale which is the one that said they didn't see nothing wrong with the shocks to Hyundai which said that the shocks were worn out and the Manager still said "well how do we know our mechanics didn't diagnose this and mind i showed him both receipts so im sorry I have to say this but Joe Basil Resale is very very Shady they lied on every subject of this vehicle so needless to say I will never do business with them ever again because of their broken promises and thats a shame!

  Absolute worst dealer my husband and I have ever dealt with. My husband wanted to purchase the full warranty on our used 40k Chevy Silverado truck it’s a 2018 started with 67k miles. Not the warranty that cost less and covers less. The mid level option. WE WANTED THE FULL WARRANTY. The truck we ended up purchasing has been the worst. The truck needed a full wiring harness. We had the largest part fully redone covered by US. Basil Chevy salesman BILL gave my husband the mid level option for warranty oddly enough. Didn’t up sell my husband because it’s funny the full warranty would HAVE covered that. Like he should have gotten. We were having emissions issues and it had to do with the exhaust and BASIL CHEVY said they would not get it covered under warranty and I reached out to another dealer who the same day took the truck in got it fully covered under warranty. That was 4000k. The amount of money my husband has put into this truck has been 5k or more. They want your sale and don’t care what they’re pushing out the door we are literal proof. Most recently my husband reached out to have his yearly undercoating service done and they claim “The warranty changed” and that they only undercoat the truck if cracks or chipping have occurred and it’s that it’s to their discretion if the crack or chip needs to be touched up. I have no say. Unable to be proactive? Basil Chevy is awful and we wouldn’t do business with them if you gave us a free truck. This sounds like a joke but this truck buying experience needs emphasis on how awful it was.

  Worst experience ever if I was you I would go to a different dealership, bought used traverse from them have had multiple things go wrong with it, which I understand things go wrong I had extended warranty to cover things, had clunking noise in front waited all day they said it was sway bar & replaced it went to leave parking lot it still was doing it then they said oh its the tie rod & replaced that, now 3 months later have such a bad clunking it literally feels like axle is going to fall off made appt which was a month away and dealt with it for a month made it to my appt in which they couldn't get it fixed which i then had to have them pick me back up, then next morning I called to see are they going to fix it today they said they couldn't do it today but mon or Tues I said well why not today there reply was well it's not fair to others that have appts. Today , I was like well its not fair to me who waited a month for my appt & not my fault it wasn't fixed & Im a registered nurse & need my vehicle to get to & from work that was the whole point of buying it from you, not to mention we were supposed to leave early Sunday morning to go to north Carolina, so then they said well we can do it Saturday if you drop it off today & I was like ok so how am I getting to & from work they're reply was well you would have to pay for a rental, I originally only bought vehicles from jim ball because any issues with a vehicle I bought from them they would be like we keep our customers happy can we offer you a used vehicle off our lot to drive until yours is fixed, & even the one time I was looking at a fully loaded Yukon with leather to buy they said here, take it for the weekend while we fix your truck, it was a benifit for them because I ended up buying the Yukon, but Basil, nothing its too bad sooo sad , so like I said you're better off going somewhere else
