  Did not have the premium 8 seater suv I reserved 3 months in advance for a family vacation with 4 kids 4 adults. Told me to take a 7 seat mid size suv or to go to the airport and see if I can rent one there. When I asked if they could call over before I drove there, they said no……

  I would like to recognize the Branch Manager Janelle Frisillo at Enterprise for providing exceptional customer service during a very stressful cross-country move from Buffalo, New York, to Orange Park, Florida. From the beginning, they went above and beyond to help me secure the right rental van and made the entire process smooth and worry-free. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to find solutions exceeded my expectations. They took the time to answer all my questions, ensured I had the vehicle I needed, and demonstrated genuine care for my situation. Moving hundreds of miles is challenging, but their assistance made a significant difference and gave me confidence throughout the trip. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction. Enterprise is fortunate to have a manager who represents the company with such integrity and commitment. I am sincerely grateful for their outstanding service and would highly recommend Enterprise to anyone because of this positive experience.
