- SFSherilyn Frank-mcsweenDec 12, 20231.0I took my car for a routine inspection, while there I told my radiator fluid was low and my break fluid needed to be replaced. Went ahead with the work spent over $300. A couple months later my checked engine light came on. Open my hood turned out there was no radiator fluid in my car went back to jiffy lub the guy filled it up. I told him I want to talk to the manage because I don't trust any of my work was done. The manage was toooo busy to talk to me. So I took it to cooperate, they open a case and because all jiffy lube is independently owned the only thing they can do is file complaints. Eventually spoke to the store MANAGER FLOYD, who basically said the work was done it just wasn't complete. I asked for my money back because at this point I feel scammed. He told me he will only give me my money back for the radiator flush. So now Iam paying more money to do the same work I paid for. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO DELMAR JIFFY LUBE. And if you do have them show you the work they did. Scammers!!!
- DWDean WatkinsOct 4, 20231.0Roughly two weeks ago I went into Jiffy Lube. They failed my car for an inspection, and told me that I needed tires. Okay, that sounds fine. So, I schedule service, and get two (2) new tires on my car. I had to wait to get into the shop so, by the time it's all done it's between 10 days and two weeks. Then I go back to the shop today and the SAME person sticks his hand in my wheel and says..."your brakes are bad". I am annoyed by this for several reasons: 1) He did not mention this two weeks ago, when he looked at my car. 2) When I mention this, he claims that's because he didn't do a full inspection last time. And if I want to pay them to fail the car, he can do that and then he would have to remove my inspection sticker. 3) My car was just at the Tesla repair shop earlier in the day, and they did not mention anything was wrong with my brakes. 3a) It's not exactly my first car, and it's showing now signs of needing brakes. No squeaking, from worn out pads... no change in feel under the foot that happens with bad rotors. SO, I went to a different shop, and they told me...my brakes are fine, and they passed my car. Do not trust these people!
