  Not my first time going here for an oil change and I was quite disappointed by the lack of professionalism from Jeff. I pulled in and his first words to me were “Oil change?” Mind you I hadn’t spoken to anyone yet. Didn’t get a “Hi how are you?” or nothing of the sorts. Now usually before they start the oil change, they’ll check my blinkers, my head and tail lights, and my fluids. He did absolutely none of that. He simply changed the oil, changed my sticker, cashed me out and told me I was good to pull out as I was already being directed by someone else to leave. There was no one behind me. I’m usually asked if I know how to reset my oil change so the alert goes away, and they’ll give me the time to do that. I had to ask him to give me a minute so I was able to reset it before I pulled away. Very rude and unprofessional. Not impressed with the service I received.

  I was very disappointed that the staff at this Valvoline are not very friendly. I did tip them $10 because they changed my oil and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Definitely need to work on their people and customers service skills.

  I took my car to the Valvoline Instant Oil Change service in Cortland, NY today for an oil and filter change. I received fantastic service, and everyone there was very pleasant. At their suggestion, I did end up adding on one additional item, but though other services and items were offered, I was never hard-pressured to add more. I appreciate that! I will definitely be returning there for additional services.

  Christian and his colleagues were very friendly and provided an excellent example of customer service. They had done everything in about 20 minutes and had me on my way. I will definitely be coming back and will make sure to recommend them to anyone , no questions asked.

  Went there with a $15 coupon for an oil change. The oil change alone was $101.99. Jeff scanned the coupon that was on my phone. Then charged me full price. When he was asked about if the $15 coupon came off he looked and said no. He then said since the payment was already processed there was nothing he could do about it. That's not acceptable, take $15 out of the register and hand it to me, this is math a 2nd grader can do. I won't be back!
