- NONick Oakley6 days ago1.0WARNING do not take your vehicle here. I scheduled a brake and rotor service three weeks in a row until they were finally able to receive the correct parts. I showed up the first week and they said the parts weren’t there. The second week they said they ordered the wrong parts. The third week they put on the brakes and rotors, but then when I went to pick up my truck, they ruined my parking brake in the process. I now have to go to a Toyota dealership because they didn’t know how to either remove the code or ruined my parking brake. This is the biggest waste of my time. I wasted three Saturdays in a row with this company. I understand mistakes happen, but this just looks like management doesn’t care at that store. Place needs investigated for negligence.
- JWJustin WadeAug 13, 20261.0Just a friendly warning to those that choose to give Mr Tire a try. This was my experience. I called and asked availability for an oil change and inspection of my vehicle. Desk person stated 10am the following day would work. I dropped my car off with them and didnt hear back. So I called at 3:30pm and they stated they have not pulled my car in yet but should have it done by 5pm. I then never heard from them again and called at 8:15am the following day 3 times with no answer. I went in to see my car not touched and they stated they would get to it that day. I took my keys and went to Mavis who stated it would be done at 4:30pm at the latest with the potential for it to be done earlier. Hopefully my car is inspected and serviced soon!🤞
