- PPPatrickJul 3, 20265.0Great service at an affordable price. I would recommend this place without reservation. I was 200 miles from home. My truck overheated on the highway. Radiator flooded. Water pump and belt gone. My tow truck driver called about 4 shops and Mr. Tire was the only shop who agreed to service my truck. I wish we had a location on Long Island.

- KMKen McmullinMay 6, 20261.0Made an early morning appointment for a state inspection 2 days in a row and when I arrived I was told there was nobody available to complete the inspection and that i could wait a couple of hours and hopefully someone could get to it. This is totally unacceptable customer service, I switched my business to Mr. Tire a few years ago after a bad experience at another service provider I used for years. I am now looking for a new service provider again.
- TWTravis WilliamsApr 29, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for 9 am to have tires switched from snow to all season. I dropped the car off at 9 and left. I returned at 10:45…still not done. I left and returned at 3 pm…still not done. I questioned the person at the counter as to when it would be done. He stated that there was only one mechanic working and he did not know if he’d get to it before closing. I said that I made a 9 am appointment and they should not have taken the job if they were overbooked. He replied to me that he did not personally book the appointment! That is completely not the point. Somebody at Mr. Tire took appointment and did not honor it. I left and returned a few minutes before 5…still not done. The job was finally completed at roughly 2 o’clock the next day. Terrible customer service. No apology…just pay $150 and go away.
