  My power steering floud lines rusted thru leaking fluid bad. IT took a few hours due to a very small space some trouble getting the old lines off. When they were done, it worked great and they topped off the other fluids. Thanks to mister tired i can steer my van with ease. Again thanks. Mark Burlew

  when places around me wanted too schedule 2-3 weeks past scheduled time , Mr tire got me in there same day , did what I needed & then some will be back would recommend too anybody

  Note this review is for Mr Tire corporate, not necessarily the shop in Cortland. Replaced all 4 brakes back in early May. On trip several days later, found 1 caliper pin was loose and the other was not there, with brake falling off. Went to shop in another state to have replaced. Been trying for MONTHS now to get a reimbursement check sent for the replaced caliper pin, to no avail. Called Mr Tires Philippines-based customer service line since this couldn't be handled at the store itself. First call said a check would be mailed out back in late June. No check ever sent. Called foreign customer service again (because that is the only way one can interact with Mr Tire corporate), said check was never printed, one would be coming and mailed first week of August. Here it is the end of August with no check, just waiting for Godot who will never come. So other than waiting for something that should have been reimbursed (or that never should have happened to begin with), the store managers there are very nice, friendly, but...they have to follow Mr Tire corporate policy which you can never really call and work something out with, being 11,000 miles from where the customers are.

  WARNING do not take your vehicle here. I scheduled a brake and rotor service three weeks in a row until they were finally able to receive the correct parts. I showed up the first week and they said the parts weren’t there. The second week they said they ordered the wrong parts. The third week they put on the brakes and rotors, but then when I went to pick up my truck, they ruined my parking brake in the process. I now have to go to a Toyota dealership because they didn’t know how to either remove the code or ruined my parking brake. This is the biggest waste of my time. I wasted three Saturdays in a row with this company. I understand mistakes happen, but this just looks like management doesn’t care at that store. Place needs investigated for negligence.
