They told me it was my control arm on the driver side and that it wasn’t safe to drive. Paid $120 for a brand new control arm. Got it put on, and my car was still shaking. Brought it to mavis and come to find out it wasn’t even my control arm at all. It was both my front struts. Paid $120 on a part I didn’t even need.. these people are idiots and this place is a complete joke.

I just called 2 hours ago and got an earlier appointment from their appointment center which sucks. By the way, 'cause you can't talk to anybody nobody could have called me. It said, Hey, don't drive all the way here because our machine's not working.The Guy behind the counter acted surprise.He had to look to see if I really had an appointment so I will take all my business elsewhere.\nThanks for the wasted day.He didn't even offer to make another appointment.I don't think they wanted to do it.They're all standing around doing nothing
