After receiving poor service one too many times at a different shop in town, I started going to Mavis about a year ago. I am so happy I did! I have had a variety of services done since then (inspection, oil changes, alignment, tire repair). I am usually able to get an appointment that day or the next when an issue has popped up and get my car back that same day. The cost is always reasonable and the staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back the next time my car needs service!

The manager at the Cortland Mavis,(D.J.) is great at his job! His attentiveness and follow through is of high quality. He was thorough in checking my vehicle over and determining what needed fixing. I was traveling back home to New Jersey from Owasco lake last weekend when my tire pressure alarm went off. I hit the exit 1 pm on a Sunday. Upset and angry because I only wanted to get home and having to change a tire on a ford expedition with that crappy screw jack a car topper three kids, wife, and dog in the car.. when we hit the exit I was greeted by a advanced auto parts. I said hold on I’ll get a tire plug kit. My wife 30 seconds later said there’s a mavis discount tire .4 miles away. And there open on Sunday’s. Wow did I smile. I pulled up, the young gentleman came out plugged my tire filled it back up and I was back on the highway in 15 mins. I couldn’t say enough good things about this Mavis. Great guys and had me back on 81 in 15 mins. Thank you so much to Cortland Mavis Discount Tire. You guys saved my Sunday.
