  Had to rent a vehicle from my local Enterprise. It was only for a night and insurance was covering it but the customer service manager acted like I was spending thousands. She was kind and personable, and made sure I was comfortable in my ride. Showed me where all the switches I would need are. She called me the next morning to make sure my experience was a good one. She called after I dropped off to make sure I knew the deposit was credited back to my credit card. The very best experience I have ever had at Enterprise. I have to get a rental again in July and I will definitely Italy be asking for Meg. She was absolutely fantastic.

  They took care of me quickly, and the first car was not suitable and they were able to find me a better fit car was clean and safe

  Nicholas Miner at the Cortland NY branch was super helpful. His customer service is on point. He rented me the exact car that I was told I would get. The car was clean and full of gas. And he remembered that I was coming back from Cleveland where my brother was having a complicated open heart surgery. He said he hoped everything went well. The young lady working with him was also very kind and engaging.
