  My-Linh was absolutely phenomenal!!! She was so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient, and professional throughout the rental process. After experiencing car trouble in the middle of our road trip, we were so fortunate to connect with My-Linh, who expertly and efficiently guided us through the rental and got us back out on the road. She took the time to ensure that all of our questions were clearly answered and all details were thoroughly covered. She was simply amazing! Huge thank you to My-Linh and to Enterprise!

  Great experience dropping off a car at Newark Liberty Airport. The attendant was professional, friendly, and attentive. I have not rented many cars in my lifetime because quite honestly it has been a hassle in the past. Not this time, however. We had a great experience with Enterprise.

  Great vehicle which was enjoyable to drive. Staff was excellent. Great to work with when renting the vehicle. An overall great experience from start to finish.

  Car died twice, put of pocket expense and waste d hours of my time.
