- NMNolan McNaryAug 5, 20261.0John made my mother weep, which is not an easy thing to do. We selected this place to fix her power steering due to the reviews overall saying this was a safe space. She booked a sit and wait appointment because that is what was offered to her and John stated that he didn’t care where she went but she couldn’t wait there and was incredibly nasty. I then called to launch a complaint and John himself answered and argued with me, then gave me the employee complaint line instead of the customer one. If you’re a widow or alone in any capacity, do not go here. John will treat you like the scum of the earth.

- RRRahul RJul 20, 20264.0Went for a 120k service, but was told they will not do a coolant flush, brake oil change, spark plug change (since they did not have the parts). Not sure why they keep refusing to service. I could have gone to Valvoline Instant instead. I got the oil change and state inspection done and moved on. Will get coolant flush and other fluids changed at a different place, who is willing to do it on my ‘20 Corolla.
