Due to prior obligations, the car had to be done by 3pm. Not only was my car done early but the quality of work was exceptional. I want to thank everyone on the team that was able to make this happen. The Coram Mavis Tire team is truly amazing. I would recommend them 10 times over. You can trust your car will be fixed with care and knowledge. I appreciate the communication each step of the way, other than feeling like they just want my money like other places. - LPLor PavMay 3, 20264.0Had two bald tires so I needed two new ones and a wheel alignment. I also had a cracked rim that they said they would send out to be fixed. They put a donut on because I needed to use the car the next day. Two tires , road hazard, an alignment and a fixed rim came to $900, which I thought was a bit pricey. The reason they're getting four stars is because they didn't initially offer me the $84.99 wheel alignment without my asking after the fact, and when they took the donut off, they didn't put it back in its well and secure it, but just threw it in the back of my trunk, on top of my clean sweater and the other things that were in the trunk and they also bent the part that keeps the donut in place underneath the mat. C'mon Mavis. You can do a lot better than that. I definitely won't be coming back to this particular location. POST OWNER REVIEW: ALSO, APPARENTLY THE OWNER DOESN'T READ THE REVIEWS (I SAID I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION) AND JUST GIVES A STOCK POSITIVE REPLY-DESPITE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW.
