The gentleman at the front desk was exactly that. A gentleman. My car failed inspection down the block and I was being charged over $600 for two tires. I called this location, which was down the block from the initial shop I took my car to. He scheduled me with no problem and I was in and out in less than an hour. I was able to bring my car back to the original shop and pass inspection. He definitely does right by his customers and I really appreciated his level of communication throughout the entire process.

I called for a replacement tire and Neil was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly while ordering it. He had my tire delivered the next morning and his crew installed it that afternoon, along with an included free tire rotation. The entire process was very smooth and the waiting area was clean, although I didn’t have to wait there for long. In and out - very efficient! I will be back to utilize their oil change services along with their rewards program. I fully recommend this location to everyone!

I had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire in Coram today. I had my brake pads and rotors replaced, and the price was very fair. They also replaced my signal light and rotated my rear tires for no additional cost.
