Frank was amazing! I had made a last minute 9am appointment online for a flat tire and mistakenly didnt leave a phone number. I walked in Frank did inform me that there was going to be a few hour wait and attempted to reach out to me prior to coming in. He made things work and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I want to commend the crew as well for working on this extremely hot day. Five stars all across the board very great friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

I came into Mavis in Copiague because my brakes were smoking. This was on the van I use to transport my paraplegic husband. He was recently discharged from the hospital and we have a slew of doctors to go see. Poor timing. Frank saw the distress welling up and calmly explained what needed to be done. He helped me get an Uber to go back home while my brakes were repaired. He kept me apprised of progress and cost. I was very impressed with the service I received and would highly recommend Mavis. Thank you to Frank for helping get me through a tough time. Customer service is outstanding in this shop.
