I stopped in to check a slow leak in one if my tires. They had a hard time finding anything but The tech Fazon took the time to check everything and they replaced my valve stem for free. Great guys, they're really helpful.

Rawil, at Commack Mavis, was above and beyond any customer could have expected. I brought my car in for an oil change and an inspection, and needed to have the A/C checked, which wasn't blowing cool air. Rawil kept in touch with me the past two days to diagnose the source of the problem and to brainstorm viable alternatives for a solution.
While the A/C problem is not a quick fix, and complicated, as I write this review, he is still being steadfast to find a cost effective solution beyond a dealership.
Rawil has taken my car into full custody to make this a positive client outcome. Regardless of how this works out, or doesn't, Mavis is quite fortunate to employ a person of his dedication. Just wow!
