  Came in and saw Samara at Jiffy Lube. Great experience. It was quick and easy! Definitely will be back for my next oil change!

  Samara was absolutely a pleasure to work work. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and made sure it was an enjoy experience. Will be coming back. This is the only place I do my oil changes.

  After years of using this location for my oil changes on multiple cars. My last oil change they didn't tighten the oil filter enough, and over a period of a few months, more that 2 quarts leaked out, making a mess of the driveway & the engine. We though it was the engine itself, so had a different mechanic check it out & find the loose filter, install a new filter, add in the missing oil & clean up the mess under the hood. When I contacted the manager at Jiffy lube, she told me "there's nothing we can do" as they only had a 90 day warranty on their work, and I was just past that at the point I called. I wasn't expecting compensation for all the trouble, cleanup, fixing of their mistake, but to not even a partial refund, or even a credit towards additional work? - let's just say Jiffy Lube has lost mine and my families business for life.

  Everyone at this location was amazing. Informative, helpful, fast efficient service and helped me understand all recommendations. Also informed me of the free top off policy that I wasn’t aware of which was nice. Other jiffy lubes have not told me prior. The person who went over everything with me was great, the managers were great also and respectful / informative. Everyone was very professional including the mechanics who worked on my car. I appreciate them taking the time to go over everything, make sure I had my reminder sticker and also make sure my dash was reset. Thank you Jiffy Lube in Commack. I’ll only be coming to this one from this point forward.

  I don't normally leave bad reviews but I was very disappointed with my experience yesterday. I stopped by after work to have my fluids checked b.c they do offer that and even encourage you to stop by and they will check it for you if you feel necessary. I wasn't asking for anything additional that they don't offer. I wasn't asking for anything strenuous that would take them hours to do. They were having a hard time with the latch to open the hood. At the time I didn't know why. I've never had an issue before. The manager came over and he tried to do it and couldn't do it and didn't even come to the window of my car to tell me. He just looked up at me and shakes his head no that he couldn't do it. I said to him I don't understand why b.c I've never had an issue before and he just nodded his head and gave me a look like "I don't know. I can't help you. I don't know what to tell you."....This is the manager Mike who did this. The two girls there were very nice and even apologized but he didn't give a shit at all. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. I don't know, but that's not how a manager should behave in my opinion. Like I don't know what to tell you. Oh well. Leave me alone....I was very nice. I didn't give any attitude. I was very polite. I can see if I was rude to them him reacting that way, but I wasn't. So there was no need for that. It was a complete waste of my time. So I left and went to Mavis which I should have done in the first place. I go to the one in Smithown on Main St. Larry is the best there. He will take care of you. So I took the car there and he explained to me that the latch is old and rusted so he had someone spray it with WD-40 spray and now its fine and is working. It did take them a few mins to get it opened but they did it and took care of it and explained to me what the issue was. He said the spray should hold up awhile but I may need a new latch and can go to a body shop if necessary. JiffyLube didn't say any of this and didn't want to be bothered. They weren't busy. There was only one other car they were working on. So it's not like I went there on a Saturday when they were slammed and super busy. JiffyLube is good if you need an oil change b.c they check everything. They check all the fluids and tire presure where nowhere else does. You have to ask. So for an oil change fine. But anything else, go somewhere else.
