  I love renting from this place, and I do so about 1x/mo. The guys that work there are all great, super friendly and they care about what they do. They often call in advance about the cars they have available after you’ve placed an online order, and they always call after the rental to make sure you’ve had a good experience. They really do a great job.

  I rented a car for a one way trip from Commack to Virginia. I was greeted by Evan who had called earlier to confirm my reservation. Evan was great, I was a bit early but he was kind enough to not make me wait or come back. I really appreciated that. Then Ethan showed me the car and got it ready for me. Ethan was great as well, kind and helpful. We chatted about how we went to the same high school (Commack) but I graduated 30 years earlier. lol oh and also we are both not very good at golf. In conclusion, a great experience because of two good dudes working there. Thank you guys.

  My wife and daughter rented a car after a fender bender. Our insurance company was to pay all charges but we ended up getting charged over $370 for what Evan indicated was for coverage for scratches which we apparently agreed to. We were not told this would be above and beyond what insurance would pay. We would not have taken this otherwise. We voiced our complaint a number of times with various answers...they are looking into it, corporate is still reviewing and we will get a discount but they are still reviewing. I also sent an email to corporate with no response. The money is not really the issue...just give me an answer...going on over two months now.

  We recently rented a 15 passanger gmc 2026 van from the Commack Enterprise for a little over a week. Upon pick up, the car smelt like vomit, but we did not have options and needed to get on the road. While driving, the alignment was completely off and the van pulled terrible to the right. Two seatbelts did not work and the radio went on and off randomly. We called immediately and roadside assistance told us to call the local enterprise for support. We had to wait for them to open. We called and spoke to the manager and was offered a replacement in GA while we were in FL. This was not acceptable. We were told we would get a regional manager phone call - which never came. We returned the van back to commack at the end of our trip with zero support or solutions or phone calls. The Commack manager apologized and said he would speak to regional and get back to us. Their current offer to "make it better" was a free future rental. This was a $2000 rental and it was not safe or clean with zero support during time of rental. Why would we ever trust this place again? We had an extremely difficult time with the van and this company. Beware.
