This place was great !!! I was given a rental through them by my insurance company after I got into a fender bender and my car was in the shop . As soon as I got off the phone filing the claim they called me 2 min later to start talking about cars they had and what they could slip me Into rite away so I wasn’t stuck . The only name I remember was Ethan who was a great help and the really nice guys that were there when I returned . In terms of making the customer happy they did a stellar job of making sure the period of time my car was getting repaired that I was safe and sound in a jeep I liked and my life wasn’t interrupted by being with out a ride . Great job to the guys on the Commack team you knocked it out of the park !!!

I have been renting from the Enterprise in Commack every week for years, and I would not go anywhere else. The team here is the reason. They know me by name, they have my car ready when I walk in, and they get me in and out fast every single time. The cars are always clean, well maintained, and reliable. In all the years I have rented here, I have never had to worry about what I was driving off the lot with. What really sets this location apart is how they treat people. If something ever needs to be fixed or changed, they handle it right away with no hassle and no runaround. They are honest, friendly, and they truly care about getting it right. When you rent as often as I do, consistency is everything, and this branch delivers week after week, year after year. The Commack team is the best in the business. They have earned a customer for life.

Had to go here on a Sunday to receive a replacement vehicle since the one I was given from another location needed to be serviced. The 2 young men that worked on Sunday 8/30 were amazing. It was insanely busy, phones were ringing off the hook, and there were tons of customers inside the waiting area. Both of them handled themselves well. They handled each customer as quickly and efficiently as they could. The young man who helped me was named William or Will (I think) and he was very nice.
