  I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and customer service I experience with this company. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to me, and unfortunately, my experience did not reflect either. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I spoke with an employee regarding an issue with my windshield wiper. He explained that he would need to assess the area under the hood to address the problem and quoted me approximately 400 for the repair. When I followed up and discuss the price with him again, he denied ever spoken with me about the repair or the quoted price. I found this extremely concerning and unprofessional. I understand that the company may be short-staffed, with only two employees currently working, but staffing issues should not result in customers being overcharged for labor or receiving inconsistent information about pricing. Customers deserve honesty communication, transparent pricing, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would have difficulties recommended this company to others.   Messed up my brake line then tried to blame me after the caliper was seizing cause kinked hose they did. Ruined my pads..3 months into a $1500 brake change ny front driver rotor and pad is ruined..they wont help me with warranty either..total scam

  From start to finish they were excellent, Sarah at the front was friendly and very helpful. Chet was fantastic, got me in and out and unlike many other shops, they were very informative without trying to hard sell me. No pressure, just outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this shop.

  On July 15, I visited the Monro Auto Service and Tire Center on Central Avenue to have three tires replaced. After the installation, the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was not properly serviced or reset, causing the warning light on my dashboard to remain on. I returned to the store and asked them to inspect the problem. However, the staff were unhelpful, unwilling to take responsibility for the issue, and even attempted to charge me an additional fee to correct a problem that resulted from their service. As a result, I had to take my vehicle to a Subaru dealership for repairs at my own expense. I expect Monro to reimburse the repair costs and compensate me for the inconvenience and losses caused by their improper service. I was deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. Based on my experience, I felt that I was treated unfairly and differently from how I believe other customers would have been treated. As an Asian customer, I could not help but wonder whether my race played a role in the store’s unwillingness to take responsibility for the problems caused by their service.
