I Went to every Mavis on Central Avenue. They could not get me in until two hours. I came to 1894 Central Ave. Mavis discount Store a nice gentleman named Jordan got me Right in for an oil change with great service. I’ve been putting air in my tire every week, not knowing that I had a nail in the tire that Jordan and his techs found it. I am also able to sit here and eat my salad salad And look out the window because the place is so clean. Thank you, Jordan and all the technicians. Great job Javis finding that nail kudos 🙌🏾. I never knew this Mavis was here. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires! The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with my car. I've had a tire that's had a very slow leak that I just capped off every 2-3 weeks...I figured it would be a hard leak to find. Today I had time to stop at the Mavis on Central Ave in Colonie to get it looked at. Mike quickly got me into a bay and he and Joe found the smallest screw I think I've ever seen in the tread of my tire. Small but big enough to cause my problem. Tire was plugged and I was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Great mechanics who provided even greater customer service ! lf there's a next time I won't hesitate to visit this location !

I have had nothing but great service since I started coming here. Every other place I dealt with would give me an attitude when I called, be unhelpful, or rush me off the phone. That has never been the case here.
From the employees at the counter to the mechanics in the shop, everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable whenever I need work done on my car.
I would continue coming here even if I could find a lower price elsewhere because the customer service is truly exceptional. They are patient, welcoming, and consistently go above and beyond. Top-tier customer service all around!

I have a 22 Honda CRV. We noticed the rear differential was making a shuddering sound when turning slowly and turning in reverse. Honda insisted the Mavis tires were chopped that were only 1.5 yrs old. The Mavis Manager and his crew inspected my car free of charge and gave me invoice to provide to Honda stating it wasn’t the tires. Honda agreed to do 2nd rear differential service burnish free of charge and it finally fixed this issue without having to file warranty claim. I couldn’t thank the Mavis team enough for helping me solve this issue. They were so polite and professional I brought them a dozen donuts just to thank them! I would recommend this Mavis for tires and brakes any day!
