We did a job on my jeep steering rack and needed an alignment. Went to this Mavis in Colonie and WOW what an experience! Absolutely awesome. Car drives straight as an arrow. Thanks Mike and Ken. Excellent experience - great service! I knew something was wrong and wanted to have one of my tires looked at before a long trip to NYC that afternoon. This Mavis location had great reviews so I called. The Manager, Justin, was super friendly and accommodating and got me right in. Jordan and Mike fixed the punctured tire quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this Mavis location as the staff is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you so much!

I couldn't be happier with this location. I was parked in the kohls parking lot and while in the store someone side swiped my SUV. My front tire was punctured but had some air left. I barely got to their store right as they were closing on a Saturday. With zero complaints they put my spare tire on and did not charge me. I'm sure these guys absolutely wanted to start their weekends. They absolutely earned a future customer. I will be back for future service! Thank you for your kindness.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Brought a fleet vehicle in for an oil change , tire rotation and to check for a back left tire leak that the other mavis down by Westgate couldn't find. Well I'm sad to say that they charged the fleet account 45 dollars for a flat repair. I didn't even make it home before the light came back on for low tire pressure. Stopped and filled it and realized they DID NOT fix the tire let alone rotate the tires because the back left is still losing air. Terrible business, called the manager VIC and he said he can only go by what his guys say they did. Well they did not fix something that they charged.
