It wasn’t just because they weren’t that busy is because they took the time to understand my situation and help me get into a vehicle so I could get to my interview and prioritize helping me along with other customers at the same time and we all got in our cars and they’re all the one I got is in perfectly clean nice shape. The customer service is top notch thank you for making my week!

This is the 2nd time this year I have rented from them. The staff there are great. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. I ended up going back to them 2 weeks later to switch to an SUV, which I was used to. I recently renewed my contract due to a delay in getting delivery of new car. They were very helpful in letting me know if I have any questions or concerns to feel free to contact them. They were very helpful in making sure I have the paperwork to submit to the other persons insurance for reimbursement and to contact them if I needed anything else. Their help is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location if you are looking for a very smooth transaction and great staff.
