They checked the tire and rim carefully and found no leaks. They also checked the other tires for pressure, rotated them, and did a wheel balance. After these, my car's ride felt much smoother as I drove home. Thank you Carlos and Chris.
- PCPaul CoxMay 2, 20261.0I had made a reservation for a state inspection this morning for 8am. The reservation had been made online and I had a reservation number. When I arrived I was greeted nicely by an employee. When I mentioned the service I was there for, he said one moment and went to the back. He returned with, what I assume was the manager who told me that the did not have an inspector there. It should be noted that there is a sign on the building saying inspections are done there with a state license number. When I told the manager about the reservation, he said the computer should not have done that. He then said I needed to find somewhere else and went to the next customer. I asked if he could call another Mavis for me and he ignored me. I contacted the Fishkill location and was treated with respect. He said come right over and they would assist me. Fishkill will now be my Mavis shop when needed.
