  Never go here. After getting a routine oil change, upon starting the car it made a terrible noise, where the manager yelled “did you put oil in it?”to his mechanic. My husband shut it off. They then did another oil change and once it started sounded better but you can clearly hear in their video the sound from when the car entered to when it left sounding awful. The next day the check engine light was on and ran terribly. He left it at a shop on his drive home from work. They said it needed an engine but was something the shop wouldn’t be able to do. We had it towed to another shop, they diagnosed it with an oil pressure related issue and needs an engine. After two months of not hearing from them in regards to the claim, the regional manager Doug said all I need is a diagnostic report in which he got, and took a month to respond, he then started saying he needed other documents and then he said the last oil change was 30k ago (which wasn’t true something he got on car fax your car.) to “complete his investigation” in which he ended up declining the claim. That this issue just randomly happened at Valvoline and that it wasn’t something they did. Which was not put enough oil in it or none at all resulting in them doing a second oil change. This was a great car, fully paid off, and now needs an engine do to Valvoline’s incompetence. We are now stuck with towing, two shop bills and a dead car. I get things can happen but the way Valvoline, made us jump through hoops just to reject a claim they were never taking seriously to begin with. In three months we called weekly and they called us twice the entire time. Shopping attorneys now as I won’t let this disgrace of a business do this to another customer.

  This was hands down the best oil change experience I've ever had. That team was so professional, helpful, and kind, and they clearly take pride in their work. Kudos to everyone at valvoline! You guys took such good care of me and it was a pleasure. Looking forward to coming back and spreading the word about the excellent service you provide! Wish I could give you more stars

  I brought my 2017 Ford Escape here for what should have been a routine oil change. Instead, the technicians butchered the splash shield trying to get to the drain plug. Rather than removing the fasteners carefully, they stripped the hardware, tore the shield, and then tried to claim it was "already broken" and recommended I buy a new one. I already watched a dealership pull this exact stunt on my fiancée's car, so I know sloppy work when I see it. Trying to pass off shop damage as pre-existing wear and tear. Take your business elsewhere if you care about your car.
