  First off I got in line and they took others before me. The way they queue the cars was not by a first come first serve. It was just by whoever got done in a bay. I think that could be refined. Also, they open my glove compartment to I assume check the cabinet filter and left the items of my glove compartment on the floor of my car. In reference to pricing, I get an oil change from my dealership at $100 which is $40 less than I paid, but I needed to get it done so I had to pay a premium.

  Oil change I was I. A hurry but they didn’t have to right air filter. Jeremy, the manager. Helped me get job completed. He arranged for the filter to be picked up and delivered in time for me to get the oil and filter changed. Thank you Jiffy lube and thank you Jeramie at the clifton park, NY Jiffy lube

  Update: Jiffy Lube came through. They ended up finding the lug nut key and even though I missed the call to let me know, they reimbursed us for the new one we bought and gave us the old one back. After my inspection they left the lug nut on the tire. Of course I didn’t know this and drove off and now it is lost. I returned, hoping it was there after searching my car for it and found out their mistake. The manager walked everywhere to look for it, and of course, couldn’t find it so now I have to go out of my way to get a new lug nut key. I’m not convinced I will be reimbursed for it. For my wasted time and money, they were nice enough to give me a free car wash…

  Very professional and courteous crew. Process was quick and pleasant. I arrived minutes before the published closing time (6pm I think) and cars continued to line-up behind me. The crew continued to allow cars to que-up, serviced customers while I waited, and were still working when I paid and left at 6:35. I was also provided a free car wash voucher upon my exit. Good guys, good customer service, quick and easy process. Well done!

  I had my father get my truck inspected and they said it would fail unless they change the wiper blades . I just put wiper blades on my truck a month ago. There is no way both wiper blades were bad and needed to be replaced . So they replaced both wiper blades and charged double the price plus 1 dollar then if I bought them at advanced auto. (22.00to 45.00 a wiper total was 90.00 for2 wipers ) Then charged 10.00 for shop misc. I asked what misc he said anything over 40.00 we add 10.00. I said for nothing he said it’s on your bill. THIS IS PERFECT EXAMPLE OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A OLD MAN . Total bullshit Watch your bill and ask questions or your going to get taken advantage of to.
