  Swapped a vehicle at this branch a couple of weeks ago. Brooke (ABM) made this a very pleasant, effortless experience! She provided excellent customer service all the way through from the initial phone call to the in-person exchange! Exceptionally customer-oriented and clearly values the importance of customers in this fast-paced, often busy line of work. Will definitely use this location again if ever in the area.   Rented a full size pickup truck for the week. Price was very reasonable. Service was very good. I did get the cdw insurance which gave me a good piece of mind.

  Lucia at Halfmoon/Clifton Park Enterprise Lucia is fantastic! She’s incredibly friendly, understanding, and super efficient. I was in and out with my rental car in under 10 minutes, and the entire process — including payment — was quick and effortless. Returning the car was just as smooth. Lucia is hands-down the best employee at this Enterprise location. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re renting in the Halfmoon/Clifton Park area!

  Great service and overall experience but you have to specifically search (Google) “Enterprise” in your location, not just car rentals. So all the other companies come up but not Enterprise, which turned out to be very local to me, not all the way to the airport. I only found it after a neighbor told me they had used it. If you don’t already know it’s there, you won’t find out about it.

  Yesterday, I picked up a rental, a Nissan Sentra. It was disgusting. Smelled horrible, to the point where it was making me sick. I called the branch manager Matt and explained to him and he said "no problem stop in in the morning and well take care of you". So this morning, I stopped in and spoke to Kenny and explained to him the situation. He was quick, professional and got me out the door within 10 minutes. He could tell I was a Honda girl and offered me a Honda Civic and he completely made my entire day. Thank you Kenny for your professionalism, sweetness and getting things taken care of so quickly! If anyone needs a fix, or has comments or concerns, Kenny and Matt are your dudes to go to. Thanks again Kenny and Matt! :)
