  Was looking to get 2 tires replaced (one popped, other just to keep it balanced). Called on the phone, told to come in at 2:30 for the quickest service. Waiting room was 82degrees. no baby changing table in the restroom. A “short wait” ended up being almost 3hours. Finally finished up, had asked to keep the good tire, wasn’t in my trunk. Asked for it back and they tried to give me the popped one. Won’t be back.

  Great job, great people. 10/10! I was stressed about my flat tires, but the staff here made it easy. Even as a walk-in, they assured me they’d take care of it and they absolutely did. Friendly, fast, and honest work. I’ll be coming back here for any tire or car service needs! thanks Derrick again at the front desk you and the other guy were so thoughtful and kind

  I couldn't be happier with my experience! I came in for new tires and an oil change, and everything went smooth and quick from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident in my purchase. I absolutely love the look and style of my new tires—they've really improved the appearance of my car, and it drives great too! On top of that, the price was very competitive, which made the whole experience even better. It's hard to find quality service, great products, and fair pricing all in one place, but they delivered on all three. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them!

  I went in recently looking for Mike the manager, who has been working on my cars for the last ten years. I was told by the guy behind the counter he moved to Georgia. I was super disappointed and upset with the attitude I received when I asked for him and decided to go over to Warren Tire for my flat repair. Come to find out Mike is now at Warren Tire two doors down! Do not listen to these guys. If they’re willing to lie about where someone is, I can’t imagine what else they would lie about in regard to my vehicle.

  This new guy Wayne is absolutely useless. Never had problems with Mike. I bought a new set of tires May 13 (when Mike was still there), and June 20 I hit some road debris and needed to replace a brand new tire. I stopped in Monday before closing, spoke to Wayne in person and he told me to come back at 1:00 the next day for the new tire, even saying he would "see what he could do to help on the price" since the tire was only a month old. 1:00 the next day I take time off of work to show up and there is no tire in stock even though Wayne claims to have ordered it, and there's no appointment in the system under my name. He tells me he'll "re"order the tire and it will be there in a couple hours. So I waste some gas going back to work, and even more when Wayne calls saying the tire is finally there. Then it takes an entire hour and fifteen minutes for them to do one tire when it should take a third of that. And when all is said and done, Wayne won't even come out to apologize for the screw up and make good on his promise of a discount. I had to ask the girl at the service desk (I didn't catch her name- black hair, she was very pleasant and I had no problems with her) to ask him about a discount. He wanted me to pay $176 for ONE tire (the full set a month ago cost $487) and even after all the runaround gave me $40 off. Complete mess.
