  I had been in for an oil change earlier in the afternoon, but realized later the same day that my inspection had expired (Shame on me!). I went back to see if they could get me in... They graciously agreed even though they were close to closing. I was going to be crossing the border the following day, so they saved me from some potential hassle. The wonderful customer service couldn't be more appreciated!

  Valvoline oil on Oswego Rd in Liverpool is excellent! Along with Excellent service they are always so courteous and willing to explain what they are doing. I only go to Valvoline for my oil change.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Valvoline on Rt 57. Everyone was so kind and professional, I was so impressed by all the employees. They really made my visit very easy and stress free. I will continue to visit this shop and have referred my friends and family. Thank you so much!!

  Brandon Max Deshad and David were excellent- I went to Midas and they were going to have me wait for two hours came to Valvoline was in and out and under 20 minutes ! Super knowledgeable very friendly five out of five stars would recommend

  I had a great experience at Valvoline thanks to Brandon and Brian. Brandon, the service advisor, was professional, respectful, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. He explained everything clearly and kept me informed without any pressure. Brian, the assistant manager, was just as impressive very attentive and made sure everything was handled efficiently. You can tell they both take pride in their work and care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way I was treated.
