  Every time I go to Valvoline on Rt 57, I end up being there for 1.5-3 hours. I try not to complain because the workers are only trying to do their job but yesterday I had the most frustrating experience ever. I needed an oil change and inspection so when I pulled in I figured, get the oil change first. Brandon came to check me in and said the wait would be 1hr to 1 1/2hrs but told me to back up and get in the line for the inspection first so that more cars wouldn’t come and make the wait longer. Seemed reasonable until I did just that, just for another worker (Kennith) to say to go back to the oil change line. He was nice enough to hold my spot for inspection. But as I was making my way back to the oil change line, another car pulled in front of me, yet again adding more time to the wait. Why I have to enter two different lines for inspection and oil change is beyond me. They say oil change in about 15 mins, that’s false. They should change that to say in under 3 hours but maybe they’ll go over that too. You're better off driving to Valvoline on Downer Street in Bville because the service here is terrible and they need to rethink how they run that place. God forbid you change your mind and want to get out, it’s a hassle. Kennith and Max were amazing and helpful! Brandon should go back to training on customer service because his lack of remorse for wasting my time is disgusting. I’ll be taking my vehicle somewhere else.

  Stellar service! Manager and all technicians were quick, polite, and knowledgeable of their products. I was in and out in ten minutes, saving me a ton of time and headache. Massive thank you for the entire crew!

  Brandon was awesome to work with and explained everything that my car needed. He walked me through the process and explain why things were important and reviewed the time frame in which everything was due and how he would go about implementing what needed to be done. My car was overdue for everything. He checked for discounts and applied all that were available and saved me cash to boot. I appreciate everything he helped with and my car now runs great!   Brandon was so thorough, nice, checked my filters, in cab & engine...they were filthy!!! I was so grateful. All of the techs who assisted were friendly and patient. I have been to this location prior, and really enjoyed the great treatment, and fun vibe!!

  The team was highly organized and working fluidly together. I was informed of all options as well as given excellent recommendations that I didn't know were for the make and model of my car. I didn't feel pressured to purchase anything but rather appreciated the knowledge of the person attending to my car. Super friendly and helpful in every way.
